Stop telling your customers to colour their hair. Some customers might like their grey hair. I went in for a haircut and the moment the staff saw my hair, he said, "aap baal colour karate ho? Bahut din se colour nahi karaya aap ne. Ajeeb lag rahe hai. " To which I said, "no I haven't coloured my hair for a while. " Because I have coloured my hair once and am not a fan of it. After the guy cut my hair, he again told me to colour my hair. I was annoyed and said, "i don't want to colour my hair. I like it this way. " So he smiled and said, "accha woh alag baat hai. "

I would have given 0 if it was possible the hair cut and every thing was good but the person doing my hair literally pulled it so much that my head is still hurting and he burned my ear with the blow dryer and the hair straightener and when I told him that “you burned my ear” he said “koi baat nhi” I would not recommend.

I have been coming to this salon from last 2-3 years for hair treatment. Shazad the guy who does my hair treatment is supeeeerr amazing treats his clients very well & recommends simple remedies also. Guys I truly recommend this guyKeep Shining

I didn’t know that there is same price for haircut with/without hair wash and the specialist didn’t offer to wash hair before or after the haircut. When I asked at the reception after the cut then offered to wash which was of use then.

I went here after years and got a hair cut a month back. Since I don’t go here often so I am not aware about the staff and who is better at giving the hair cuts. I was assigned someone (a girl- don’t remember the name) for the job and she did not do a great job.
I asked for layers. After a month I could barely see any layers rather the hair style does not look good at all. I am Very disappointed with the service and am glad that I didn’t take there membership!

Too expensive. Also the representative gave me rate list with whitener and overwritten prices after I told them that I have coupons.

I had the worst experience here with party makeup including airbrush.they charged me close to 6k and did nothing at all. I had taken up makeup services from this place 4 years back when they were very very good.now with the staff change they are not up to the mark.the only thing about makeup they know is eye makeup.they don’t even know how to drape a sari properly.very poorly managed team and service.they set my hair in curls which opened up when I reached the venue. I strongly recommend not to try Geentanjali Madhu vihar branch at all!

All geetanjali salons are a big dissapointments. I went fir a haircut, and git my hair ruined and money wasted. I asked fof chin length hair, anf stupid hairdresser kept making comments that you face will look broader and hair will roll. Longer will give volume. There was o volume whatsoever in my hair, and it looked same before ans after the cut. A complete waste of money. He said, I am giving you layers, there were no layers of anything. He just wanted to get finiahed up, because he waa in a hurry, of going somewhere. I am so frustrated this look. It is nto even a new look. The hairdresser should have done whqt I hqd askee instead making judgy comments. I also wantee a hir colour, and bcz he was in ahurry, he kept on dodging my question about it and kept on saying, pata hi nhi chalega. Red karwalo. This experiene was so horrible. I just ieh i coupd get my money bck. They ruined my hair and i cant get t fizxed. What incapable plce.

Wonderful work in hair colour I just love to visit Geetanjali salon it is my first time anddddd I’m impressed from his work loved it

It was my sister's wedding and they literally pealed off her skin while doing face wax and the wax was so hot that it literally burnt her face and there are black burnt marks on her face 2 days before wedding such an unprofessional staff, imagine her mental state 2 days before her wedding she is having these burnt marks on her face, highly highly highly disappointed, very poor staff, also this isn't the first time with us about there bad services last time too we went for hair colour touch up they did it so poorly that white hair were clearly visible but we ignored as Geetanjali is such an established brand but this time it's legit not done we want strict actions about this otherwise I'm going to take this to legal consideration.

Excellent service done by Gazal Riyaz! My skin is very sensitive but I doesn’t feel the pain. There is magic in her hands for sure!

The place is hygenic, they have all the services available. Staff is polite.

The salon is over rated for a very basic service, that you can get at excellent quality and half the price elsewhere. In addition, the entry to the salon itself is very congested. The cars are parked right outside the salon gate, leaving no space for visitors to get in the salon itself. The entry is pathetic.

A decent place and in budgets for your grooming needs.

I do suggest to have a prior appointment if you are coming.

Staff is professional and well trained. 2 of the male staff who do hair and beard actually follow trends so you can have your designs as well.

Though the staff does pitch for product sales for your hair care and beard care. Not required though.

Also, there is a parking hassle outside as it's on main road, so take a local rickshaw or walk down if you are from the neighborhood.

I went to get a haircut.they assigned me a girl who I think had never done any hair cuts before and was the most amateur of their staff or probably a trainee, she destroyed my hair, and kept arguing that she has given me a good haircut, no apology from her side.her name is APRAJITA.plz don't go there, it was the worst haircut of my life.everyday when I see my hair in mirror, I regret my decision of going to this salon.

I always prefer geetanjali over any other brand like affinity, looks and showstopper because the staff here (madhu vihar) is really talented and friendly. For haircut and hair color connect with Abdul ahmed. He is an uber talented and a pro stylist. He gives you real advice on what will work for you and what not. You show him any color reference and he gives you finished and more improvised version of final look. I had an amazing time and dont regret to shed some bucks coz you get quality and amazing experience here. Plus you get 20% discount if you have their membership. Kudos to Abdul for being really polite as he extended his shift for competing my full hair color session of 8 hours with passion for his work. Thanks again:) #TeamGeetanjali

This is my honest review, inappropriate touch to ladies customer by some of staff is a routine. They are not maintaining privacy and secrecy of ladies customer, overpricing service and staff is always In Hurry as per instruction s, if you are planning to visit pl take care of your privacy,

The Salon has degraded big time.the staff is highly unprofessional specially the people doing manicure pedicure and the ones sitting at the reception. The staff takes ages to come and serve you, you’ll be waiting for hours and then you know they can serve you at all. It’s an highly unprofessional salon never used to be like this when it opened. The staff is the worst, except for the hair department (they do a good job)

I am a regular customer with Geetanjali and Neetu over there always goes out of her way to provide me with the best services and always ensure my safety and concerns in mind. Due to her only, I do not prefer even to think of going to other salons. Safety post Covid has been upped and all their staffs are very cordial.

I always get my threading done from Ms. Neetu. I would never let anyone touch my eyebrows. She is an expert when it comes to eyebrows and an excellent one at that. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done from her since 3 years and never once has she messed them up. They’re always on point! I love it. ️

Great service. It was very professional and was done with utmost care. Absolutely loved the end result. The hair was good to go for almost a week after the blow dry.

I took hair cut on 14th April 2020.around 6: 30 pm in geetanjali, madhuvihar. I had booked an appointment half an hour prior.they took me for hair cut on time but that guy who did my haircut (don't remember his name) was in so hurry he was talking with somebody on phone and saying "I m just coming" he was in a hurry to go somewhere.he didn't give me the hair wash n said there is no need of washing.and he hardly took 5-6 min for hair cut and it was seriously pathetic haircut I think a 40 rs barber shop can do better hair cut than this.

Aprajita is quite efficient n professional. I always prefer her for my services. She is quite polite n attend customers nicely.

Geetanjali salon Madhu vihar is highly priced. Haircut and colour costed me 6100/ which was an average cost of two visits for the same.

Naeem gives the most amazing Haircuts! I haven't been to any other hairdresser since I started getting my haircuts and styling done by him, he extremely gifted & creative and knows instinctively what hairstyle would suit a face.

I am going to this salon from a long time.it was good.but from last few months it's services are getting worst. On last visit i got a cut on my upper lip while threading. I really hope they do something for not dropping their standards and should recruit professional employees.

Pathetic and worst place to avail any service. Specially makeup! The owner doesn’t know how to deal with clients! Their makeup artist ruined my makeup as she didn’t even know how to apply eyeliner and false eyelashes. Was very bad at her job.

I don't like this parlor because the staff stands at the billing counter in hope of getting a tip after ur done with the service. Then they would look at you not really asking for it, but giving a vibe for wanting it. We get the services done at already premium prices. Then, why do u need tip? Its not at all a nice feeling. Also, these parlors be it Geetanjali, Looks, or Lakme force the clients to take other services. It's not at all customer centric. Please change the attitude in the both the scenarios.

1. Staff was very friendly.

2. Staff made me educated about what products are being used.

3. If you want to give them a try. Try their spa range. They will provide you services according to your hair condition.

Worst salon ever, yesterday went there for haircut and threading.the behaviour of staff there was ridiculous.
Go to this place only if you want to throw money to a place who does not value the customer at all.when it was said for shampoo all the staff started looking at each other for no one would be interested in doing the job.

He works there as their employee. I got my keratin done by him. He is a very nice and excellent stylish. He treated me and my mom very sweetly. Even his work was par excellence and beautiful. He changed my hair into a very beautiful style. He is very courteous, humble and a great gentleman. Good staff, friendly, understanding. Work as per your requirements and don't try to force you into something you don't want. Quite unlike what I've experienced in other places.

Went for haircut along with curls.the curls did not even stay for 2 hours and the hair style was back to normal.
Same dissatisfaction was with my mother who after repeatedly telling them that she is not happy with the hair was told your hair is this way only.

Not going back here.

They don't provide you with the bill untill and unless you ask for it and that's the duty of the seller to provide the bill even if it's not asked

Some staff highly untrained, Got a very bad experience in Haircut. Went to salon again for feedback, but no proper redressal. Have enjoyed great service in past, but one untrained staff ruined my look and the reputation of salon for me.
