One of the worst salon outlet by Geetanjali. The reception staff is completely unprofessional. I got a simple hair wash and blow dry which was not done properly.for the first time, I had to ask for the staff to put conditioner post hair wash. As I didn't want a anti dandruff ritual which the staff was trying to sell. He was least interested in washing my hair. The floor manager was pathetic, yelling for the staff from her place rather than going and calling the staff. Just not the service you expect from Geetanjali Salon.

I have been using this salon a number of times, it was good. However, recently when you go in for a haircut they only want to know whether you need a senior hair dresser or stylist which costs more. Well I chose the Senior Hairdresser. I went for a cut this week and was surprised at the attitude of the staff. First the hairwash which is mandatory. The water was so cold and when I asked was told the geyser was not working. So why couldn't I just be told to come another day? The next thing I was changing hands - one to untangle my hair another to dry it. The Sr. Hairdresser literalky took 2 minutes to chop of the length of my hair by two inches and when I questioned whether he was not going to do anything else, he said he would after drying my hair. Then another one did some snipping here and there for effect and voila it was done not making any difference from when I walked in. In the meanwhile there were a couple of other customers complaining of neglect too. Its a pity that after paying a big bill I had to come away disappointed

Being a loyal client for 12+ yrs. I never expected a sheer discrimination among clients at Geetanjali, Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj. I had the worst of experience during my last visit, I was told that pedicure appointments are restricted on weekends, which was understood so I went as walkin, took hair treatment and meanwhile informed the management about my wish to get pedicure as well. After 45min.when I was done with the treatment, I was told if I'm fine to take pedicure at hairdressing station in a tub rather being at pedicure station, I asked the reason since the pedicure station was vacant from past 30min and I could see, so I asked the reason to which management told me that it is blocked for some lady sitting next to me with hair color on and hence I cannot take the service at the station as she took the prior appointment. Like really? You are keeping the station vacant for a client from 30min in advance to next 30min till her hair colour is on, who came several minutes later to me and making me wait that too when I literally requested your manager to block it for me. In the first place why I was denied for appointment hours before over call, if you took for others? If it is all about service then the another woman could have taken it at hairdressing station rather management asking me to take it there. Somehow it happened in past as well which moved me towards Malviya Nagar branch from past year but Mukesh, stylist had been great in providing the best of service from 7+ years to all my hair care regime, which made me visit vasant kunj branch yet again on 4th Sep'23. But you guys really need to be professionals I'm getting my pre-bridal done from you guys, had been your member for more than a decade, everytime the manager gets change at VK branch and probably the reason they fails to provide better service. On the top of it I wasn't even provided a solution. The male manager kept on asking the reason from the lady manager at the counter and she had no answer to it rather I literally went out of salon as the managers were pretty confident that no action will be taken against. I called Sunita at Malviya Nagar and took the remaining service. First time ever I have reached to this platform to raise the issue as I was so dissapointed, the least I could expect was to atleast make me avail the service I specially came for, from far but you have the poorest management at VK. My entire clad comes to Geetanjali, your managers do not know how to maintain goodwill. Only your revert will conclude my future loyalty towards Geetanjali.

Absolutely the worse salon. They know nothing abou how a haircut is done. I went in the evening around 8pm after shampooing my hair at around 4 pm. They forced me to do another shampoo before haircut and spoilt the hair unnecessarily. Never in any salon do they insist on shampoo if I've already done so on my own that too just four hours prior. They also don't know anything about cutting the hair itself. Constantly kept asking me how to cut the hair. If i knew why will I even go to a professional salon? Normally I simply ask to cut short and specify the length and give the stylist full discretion to do what they want. The stylists here don't seem to know anything at all.

Seems to be priced higher than the outlet in vasant vihar. Either that, or the rates have been increased over the last two months. Quality of service is the same

Amateur hairdressers mediocre services are unworthy of the job they have. I don’t think they are worth the people who reach out for creative needs, closed minded individuals who in their comfort bubble. The only thing they are doing is trying to hide their incompetence with opinions flaring in their clients face as if they know everything about their client whom they’re talking for the first time since 30-50 seconds. Hilarious know-it-all wannabes know nothing about creativity. Also I was searching for and old employee of theirs Jenny Junish who’s actually a professional and created awesome hairdo for me. If nothing to do I would ask the guy to learn the actual skill and before that learn some communication skills most importantly as is a bad listener, to preoccupied notions of the subject matter in context to person they’re in conversation with. I mean I do a better hairdo myself than what they did for me is the best thing I discovered. LOL! I already put a feedback for your salon website before this review, none assistance till now and i paid 1700.

Very expensive. For a hair cut and bear trimming, they charged 1180 INR. However the service is not per price

I am visiting Geetanjali vasant kunj saloon since 2017, and i would like to give my genuine opinion about hair dresser Mr Toshik has done always fantastic job with my hairs, i start looking pretty after he perform his magic on my hairs. Thank you Toshik Bhai giving best advice and treatment. Sometimes Abesh also do my hair styling he is one of the pro. And must share about beautician Manisha she is a face of angel with magical hands.

Firstly I want to thank Manisha, for her ideas and the effort she put into her work. She is a delight. Right from the beginning, Manisha really understood my skin. She is someone who can give you a subtle natural look to a classic glam look. From natural-dewy makeup to full-on glam looks, Manisha's work is all about the versatility she possesses as an artist. She understands the customer requirements. I love how she gives so much time to eye makeup as it really does make a difference. Although, I was getting late and making hurry but she did her work with patience. The rest of the makeup was also amazing. She is a perfectionist and very courteous throughout the process. She understands a person’s unique features and works her magic. She was super professional and understood everything I said as to what I wanted. She was really helpful considering I have a very tight schedule. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. With all the glitches and hassles she made my day so successful. She was punctual, quick and on time for making the setup ready at short notice. She gave me the natural look which I was looking for. She did her job beyond my expectations. I danced the night away and my hair and make-up did not move or fade all night!

Thanks to Mr. Gulshan as well for styling my curls and revamp my look. The setting spray was of good quality when it comes to holding the curls. It smoothens the hair shaft and adds a mirror-like shine. The best part is it doesn’t leave a crunchy cast that makes the hair hard. It also helps separate the curls, making them look voluminous and thick. It coats the hair evenly and helps in preventing frizz to a great degree.

Front desk executives are helpful and cooperative. They will make you feel comfortable with warm hospitality!
