I went here for a colour and cut. Sunny provided exceptional service, he curated a custom balayage look for me which I absolutely loved! He knew what I wanted and I was able to relax and enjoy the process. The entire experience was seamless, the staff overall were also super polite and helpful. I definitely recommend for anybody looking to visit a salon!

Came for my 5 year old son's haircut. Kamal does a fab job and is excellent with kids.

The staff are really good and very hospitable. I went for a normal haircut, and Kamal Kurshit was the hairdresser for me. It was a very good experience.

Worst experience ever. Went there for an inverted Bob cut with clear instruction of making it long and they gave me an almost boycut instead. I went in with longer than shoulder length hair, good and long enough to make an estimate. I currently have to bear with the longest part of me hair reaching till the bottom of my earlobe, all this without asking me if they should cut my hair short with the trimmer. Besides, they didn't admit their mistake at first and when I found it difficult to keep my cool, told me to just make the payment for standard haircut, as if that would relieve me from the mess of a haircut I now have to bear for months on end.

It was a lovely experience for me. I came here for a light makeup and hairstyling for my graduation ceremony. My make up artist was Ghazala and she was a delight. I rarely trust people with makeup and my face and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Must visit.

I have been an avid customer of Geetanjali Greenpark. Having relocated to NFC, the community centre Geetanjali was closer to me. I have never been to any unprofessional salon like this one! They don’t have any courtesy for the kind of clients visiting. I had to wait For at least 30-40 mins every time I’ve visited, even when I’m pregnant and taken prior appointment

I loved my hair dresser and the service. What I didn’t like is that the owner came and she called every staff member in the middle of my service. It lasted for 30 minutes while I still had the colour on, and it was due to wash. This kind of unprofessional behaviour was not expected especially from the owner. It’s disappointing and frustrating when you’re paying more than 10k. I don’t know about other branches but this New Friends Colony experience was ruined due to her. I don’t know if she is the owner of this branch or just a boss. But she took my 30 minutes for free and ruined it all.

For context - I am a woman with a crew cut. Not a bob, not a pixie, just completely unstyled 1 inch long hair. I reached out to Geetanjali for a hair trim, and they told me men's trims cost Rs. 500 and women's cost Rs. 1000. I asked for a men's haircut and they refused, saying we're only allowed to charge women Rs. 1000. I asked it the services rendered are they same, why would they not charge me less? Not only did the lady on the phone avoid my question saying "these are the only charges" - she refused to give me her name or allow me to escalate the matter with management. What are your people sitting at the reception for if they can't even give us their name, let alone help solve queries? It's 2022, and it's crazy that you're charging women more for being women, and not based on services rendered. I also spoke with a stylist Abdul who said the same thing. Never going to Geetanjali for anything ever again.

I've also reached out to Geetanjali on Instagram and written an email over a week ago - no acknowledgement on their end, let alone a resolution.

One of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Got keratin done from them, my hair have never felt so healthy. The staff is amazing and take care of your every need. Highly recommend for all your beauty needs.

Would have given 5 stars had it not been for their new receptionist who slammed the phone twice in my face when I called to place an appointment and didn’t even bother calling back. She made me feel uncomfortable on my last 2 visits (kept talking on the phone and made me wait for that while; made faces when I asked for the bill as if it was too much of a task). I have, unfortunately, stopped going to this place as there are other salons too offering better services and discounts.

It’s really difficult who to trust and where to go during this time of the pandemic. I am so glad I chose Geetanjali! I loved the staff and the sanitization! A+ to you all!

Visited on 28th Aug 2020 at 4: 00pm. I waited for 25mins still denied service. Only 1 Hair Stylist available who didn't attend as he was waiting for another client who didn't even showed up. Receptionist was rude.

Experience was good, I like the place for its cleanliness and hygiene. They took care to sanitize each client at the entrance, the staff was in the protective gears and were their pleasant best.

Ali gave me a fantastic, very detailed, hair cut. This wasn’t just some 10 minute clipper job, instead he spent a lot of time to make sure that the cut worked with the shape of my head. Really great guy and I highly recommend top rank.
