I have been visiting this salon for more than 5 years now. The experience is really good. The staff is good and polite. Deepak is a really amazing hair stylist. I have got very good suggestions from him for global hair colour and hair health. I would really recommend Deepak for all hair related work in this salon. He is superb!

It was not a good experience at all. Totally inexperienced staff. They ruined my eyebrows and after that didn’t even clean the hair off my face nor did they provide any cream after the eyebrows were done even after telling them that my eyebrows are sensitive and gets irritated after threading. Do not recommend at all.

Ali did a very nice haircut and gave good suggestions. Preeti also did good work with complete patience.

I really like the service when I inter one girl on reseption she greeting me she suggest me one assistent Deepu he give 100% so I really appreciate to all. All the best for all staff specially Deepu I again to see you you can see the results on only on hair spa

Got Hair treatment done from Mushir. He is meticulous in his work and provided services with utmost sincerity.

I went there for basic Hair Spa costing 1200₹. After discussion with the manager (I think) she convinced me for Moroccan Hair Spa costing 2k but my experience was not good. I didn't feel any difference before n after Hair Spa. I think Loreal Hair Spa from some local saloon must had shown some difference in one go that Moroccan not did. Don't know it is the issue with the products or with the saloon.

Enjoyed great facilities. Deepu provided the best services. Hygeine and services were the best.

Mushir did a great job with my hair. He stuck to brief of not reducing the length of my hair and gave me a really good haircut. 100% recommended! Kudos to the team!

Went to to this place recently and the management was pretty much non existent. The haircut was good and the barber was polite and did a good job. I had a bad experience because of the manager (s). The front desk was empty most of the time. It was used to have lunch/meal at the times when the managers were on the seat. The internet wasn’t working, which made it very difficult for me to attend important calls as there is no network in the salon. The geyser wasn’t working and there was no hot water.
I had to point out both internet and geyser issues. A customer shouldn’t have to point such things out, this is the management’s job.
Due to this, I lost a lot of time due to ineffective management. The women who manage the place should take better care of the salon, or the owners need to find other managers who can.

I loved the haircut as always. Good service and most likely to thank Deepak Rawat who did my haircut. He always give his best.

I availed intense boost hair spa service from this salon done by Mr. Deepu and i really liked it. I am definitely coming for my next hair spa sitting. Also got fructu facial done by Ms. Pooja and massage given during the facial as well as hair spa was very relaxing.

So this is not the first time I'm visiting geetanjali studio but then as always really nice service and very appropriate staff. Specially Sachin took care of my needs as mentioned. Would definitely recommend to visit this place if u wanna take care of your hair health

Experience was not good hair cut and color not done by professional they said they are professional but not they are totally cheap and using third class products.

I visited kalkaji outlet for hair cut but the hair cut done was pathetic by a fresher who was hardly 2 days old in the outlet.most of the staff is not trained and freshers. They use used towels multiple times with different customers. Towel used for me was smelling a lot and was already wet. Even the lady managing the outlet was hardly reacting to the issue! Geetanjali is not a brand anymore

Attended was little preoccupied and was in a rush. Wanted to get pedicure done but the attendent didn't bother to keep it arranged by the time waxing was done, pedicure guy got busy with somone else. Prices are unreasonably high

I went to to Geetanjali Kalkaji for the first time and it was not a very pleasant experience.

The hairdresser did not share the charges to us and we were charged 700 rupees for haircut even though he cut just 2 strands of split ends.

However he gave a good hair spa for which I was delighted to pay 3500.

But I am a regular customer at Geetanjali Saket and I have never come across such policy

In hair spa the hair dresser cut just 2 hair strands to remove split ends and we were charged for a whole hair cut. Very useless policy. Not recommending such useless practice. Waiting to hear back from the team. Not appreciated at all. Client name prakhar singh

Me and my mother came for the first time at geetanjali salon, kalkaji and had a great experience here, the staff was polite and the services we used were very nice, I got my haircut done from mushi and my mother and I got our pedicure done from deepu.both of them did a great job. I would like to recommend my friends to must visit here and get there work done from here only.

I just had my beard trimmed for 650 Rupees, this was my worst Salon experience I would suggest everyone to get a haircut from a barber who sits near bargad tree but not from this unworthy over expensive Salon

I visited there for the first time for haircut. I asked for layers in my hair and I especially told him clearly that I don't want that thin tail look at the end that usually unprofessional hair dresser do. After cutting I didn't realise in the salon because my hair was set by blow drying. But when I came home and after one wash I saw that tail look, that thin tail at the end and I m hating this seriously. He messed up my hair totally. I am Very dissapointed with my cutting. That thin tail is looking so bad.i will never ever go to that gitanjali studio Kalkaji and I won't recommend that guy Ansh for hair cut.

Recently got my hair makeover done from here. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the services are top notch. Amazing place to visit if you are looking for a total makeover. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience, I went there for Karitane treatment, I was doing it for first time and I was Super excited but they cheated on me I lost my Karitane from my hair after 2 to 3 wash, also they are selling products on high rates. I spent total rs 12000 for hair treatment with worst experience.after 10 days my hair texture turned same as it was.

When I complained about that they told me that my hair is thin and weak so it's not their problem if I lost Karitane from my hair.

There was very dirty service, things were not clean, and she was the owner of a lot of false woman, first that lady told some other price when she took service, after that she turned back from that price and did not know what the price was. The tax bill staff were not very professional.nobody did the work in a clean and complete manner.and the result did not come at all. I made a decision from him but no result.so please Kalkaji Wall Do salons want to go to Gitanjali Branch do not know about here is not right.

Cheaters they are. I reached 15 min late for an appointment and they cancelled it plus the owner talks as if he is giving favours and that is a treatment when I had paid approx 1 lac rs in a year for various services.

Worst Parlour ever. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
I got my hair straightening done, it is hardly a month and my hair look so bad as if I never got the straightening done. This is the worst experience ever.
I have got re-bonding done earlier from some other Parlour and had the best experience but geetanjali studio has ruined my hair. I'll never ever recommend this Parlour to anybody.

For the first time I had got a hair do done without getting a shampoo and conditioner. The hair dresser tried his best to give me the style that I wanted, although it somewhat resssembled the original, there was no finishing. The bun wasn't fixed up well. By the time I reached home, I had to fix it up with the pins as few had already come out and thus, the curls on bun were let loose. For all this I paid 1500 (without hair wash!) And didn't even get a bill.

Best place to have your hair done. Be it smoothening or keratin or any such treatment on your mind.

Worst hair cut I had ever, I tried for second time, thinking it might be by chance, but again same disappointment.

Dissatisfied.got a haircut but the person doing it seemed untrained.gave a very uneven haircut.total waste of money.won't recommend to anyone
