We bought a Prada sunglasses last year but due to some issues we had to return it. The return process however was very smooth, all thanks to Varun from Gem Opticians. Varun made sure that we get a full credit refund and he was absolutely diligent in following with us and the company on the refunds. All in all we would definitely like to purchase any Premium product from Gem Opticians again cuz of the wide variety they have with them and the amazing after sales services that was offered to us.

I have never come across a worse store. They sell premium sunglasses but don’t have even one percent of what you call basic service and help.

The sunglasses I received had a horrible fit and they refuse to help or co operate. They say they’ll call you but they won’t. Sunglass Hut is much better, don’t recommend this store at all. If I could, I would give negative rating.

I had a wonderful experience. Got my GUCCI frame and Bottega frame with transition lenses. Looking forward to shop again.

Feels good to share the amazing experience I had at the store. I recently damaged my expensive pair of sunglasses by an accident. With very little hope I went to this store since this was the place I had bought the shades from, 4 years back. To my pleasant surprise the store manager and other staff very politely accepted the sunglasses for repair. I got the repaired glasses back the next day and was not charged even a penny by the store. They just said that they do the service just for courtesy for their loyal customers. Indeed it’s rare to find such hospitality among commercial businesses now a days. Highly recommended
