I found the pair of shades I was looking for right away on their website and communication was hassle-free as they’re available on all platforms. I was appointed a representative to assist me. They made the whole process of shopping and shipping simple as I was not put up at Delhi (where the store is located). They delivered the sunglasses in no time, the overall experience was excellent and I must add that their service is exceptional!

This lockdown the worst fell upon my husband whose spectacle broke and were irreparable. With most shops closed, i remebered the Whatsapp messages that I had received from GEM Opticians. I hurriedly messaged them and they promptly replied. Easing away all my worries. Their executives picked up my broken spectacles as well lenese at 12 pm and by 12: 20 We were selecting frames on Whatsapp. To my surprise by 8: 15 pm I had a new pair of glasses in my hands. Special thanks to Mr Sanjeev who tirelessly and patiently helped us through the entire process. You are an absolutely delightful person. It has been an unforgettable experience.

Just got my new Crizal prevencia glasses. I was very impressed when the person over there suggested me glasses which were actually cheaper than the one I selected. They understood my requirement and suggested my glasses accordingly. Delivery was exactly on time. Happy with their services.

I went to go redeem for my hpcl coupon which was 3000 so i can buy any of these Sunglass/specks.so i can purchase online as well as store in online that was 3400 and was there 4100 so it's to expensive.hence I called up and asked the price they said come on we will see. Was thinking I am taking it for free. Worst experience. I waste my time.
