I visited the dental clinic long back but i am still facing the repercussions. My teeth were absolutely fine but they insisted that i get filling done. Then a new trainee drilled my teeth so much that it started bleeding and later my tooth broke while eating and i had to get root canal done for my tooth. Dentists will prompt you to get filling done but please don’t do it unless you are feeling pain in your teeth otherwise they will ruin your teeth for money.

I have undergone physiotherapy session in the General William Masonic Hospital. Excellent therapy was done by Mr Ishtekar. On the whole therapy section is awesome.
This is with regards to Dr Urvashi Sehgal, Dentist at this clinic. I got my root canal done in Feb 2020 right before COVID happened. She was pretty unprofessional while the three sitting i went for which i will not go into details now as it doesn't matter anymore but the fact is the rootcanal tooth became wobbly within 2 months of getting it done and came off last night. Which means in less than 3 years the rootcanal is now worthless and I'll again have to get to get it done from the scratch. I was very careful and kept away from hard candies and chewing gum as advised by the Dr but the work was so poorly done that nothing would have helped. Masonic clinic earlier used to have very good dentists but i guess not anymore. Will never
Receptionist at the hospital was very impolite and rude. They have no sense how to behave with patients. Patient come here for treatment but they misbehave with patients.their digital payment was not working and they refused to give change of 500 rs. When the hospital guard came forward for help, the person sitting at the reception said " no need to show sympathy". This is how they treat patients. If hospitals digital payment is not working this is not our fault. She was asking me to get the change from 2nd floor. How can a patient with a leg injury will go to get the change. Do people deserve to be treated like this? Hospital administration should take some serious measures and give them some soft skill training.
Staff of this hospital is very bad. The lady on the reception first floor have no manners to talk with patients. Very bad hospitality. But yes doctors are good. But please teach your staff first that how to behave.
Very Rude Staff they don't know how to talk with their patients and their relatives, I think these people are uneducated and hospital hired them by referring any senior management leader because they don't have educational eticates.
The gyenocologist that lady she doesn't have sense how to talk with patients, her behavior is so rude and so bad.i am having the baddest experience there.

Direction to reach- Take exit from Janpath metro station Gate No. 2. Just take right and walk for 5 minutes to reach GWM. Or ask anyone after taking exit. It's very near.
Dr. Kusum gynaecologist is very rude lady, she don, t know how to talk with patients. Worst doctor i hv ever seen. And ent doctor also worse, he spoiled our ear case. Our ear infection increased and we had 2 major ear operations. I think masonic doctors are only doctors by their names not by their work. WORST EXPERIENCE. This clinic is only good for tests.
Nice hospital, not to crowded, well managed, Moderate place, helping and trained staff. Need to some improvements and keep view for staff behaviour to always best hospital.
Physiothearapy department is run by diploma holders, not qualified doctors, who lack experience and knowledge. Staff is more interested in converting home visits. Handling patients ailments with no professional knowledge.
I doubt @ weighing machine & BP measuring machine (omron) used in clinic third floor Consistently other omron BP machines are showing less BP (just after 2 hrs measured in this clinic it showed 15 mm hg less) & other digital weighing machines are showing 4 kg less Clinic should calibrate it’s machines before declaring patients suffering from high BP or so.which is not the case as per other medical experts
Good doctor and staff reasonable price all blood test x-ray ultrasound even doctor fee is only 50 rupees first time and after every check up 35 rupees very good clinic in Central Delhi
Very rude staff especially at ladies on payment counters, they are slow inefficient and behave if they are god and customers are at their mercy. These inefficient people are occupying a huge prime place in central Delhi. They are not professional and business oriented. This is also inefficiency of the incharge of this place. They really pushing out customers. Dr Lal Pathlab in regal building has grown it's turnover even it was comparatively new at this place and has very small area. These foolish people are working with sarkari attitudes which is now not seen even in sarkari departments. They test your patience, speak non professionally, take tea brakes, will never bother your feelings etc. It is a place which should NEVER be visited.
Wrong details mentioned online. As per the timing its mentioned that it starts at 7: 45 but as per the counter its 8: 37 only one person is here.staff members some are saying timing starts at 8: 30. But as per the person sitting here. Paymemt counter starts at 8: 40
