Gaurav dagar sir from new Delhi genius team helped me to get my PF Fund and settlements from the time of submitting each and every thing. There is some employees not given any support from Mumbai they cut phone calls many time and no rebert any mail and messages. Again thanks to Delhi team and special thanks for gaurav dagar sir. He is picking my calls every time.
I was given the 5 star for perfectly guide me on call for my pf withdrawal process, so i complete the formalities as instructed but after they forgott to process my claim which i heard on call she talked with his colleagues that he did not process further for claim after 30 days and they given me another 25 days on mail with referece number which time is already over still i can't get withdrawal, same things happen with my colleagues in past, my pf stuck for last 3 years.i requested on phone that please process on time because i have finamcial problem these days but seems like it dosen't affect them. When i visited the office the employee talking all the nonsence process
Same worst experiences happen with my friends too also i see people complaining the same PF regarding queries on review.
Worst experience with worst company so i give 1 star now.
