Not professional at all. Avoid phone calls and even not answered messages which they told at the time of sample collection.
Delay in report: taken almost 60 hours for report of COVID.

I went there for RTPCR I get my report 21apr and the sample was collected on 14 apr and got bill (handmade bill non GST) today after calling them 20-30 times a day

TL DR: Avoid this lab at all costs.

One of the worst diagnostics centre I have ever visited. Almost equivalent to or maybe even worse than a govt one. I went to them for my covid tests. Instantly I was disappointed by their management. There was no enforcement of the covid protocols whatsoever. Their staff was roaming around like they are patients and 90 percent of them were not even wearing masks.

Now coming on to testing. The guy took me to the terrace, yeah you heard it right. Btw for going to terrace you have to climb 3 sets of terribly built stairs (good luck with that). He took my sample and then went off.

Now the last part and probably the most disappointing one. They told me that I will get soft copy of reports in night but I didn't receive any. So I tried to call them in morning. I have call log records, I tried to call them nearly 20 times. Each time they either didn't pick up or hang up the call.

This lab is ICMR certified. I don't know if the guy who certified this lab was drunk or was bribed. I highly recommend to not go to this lab at all. Fortunately I gave my sample to one more lab and they were more than good enough.

Horrible experience. Delayed test results and missed flight.

My contact was Amit and he didn't return the CovId test results in time and my in-laws missed their international flight.
