Fantastic CrossFit session from a the most knowledgeable Neeraj Sir i have ever met. Appart from CrossFit he also guides his students in yoga, weight lifting, powerlifting and strength training.
Sunday is the most boring day of the week for me, because we don't have sessions on that day.

Neeraj sir makes the crossfit sessions really good and enjoyable. From not lifting any weights at all to surpassing my own goals is all becoz of him.
