We travelled from Chennai to Velankanni via Pondicherry and back again on the busy Pongal weekend (12th to 15th January) this year. We anticipated heavy traffic and we encountered it on our way to Velankanni and Pondicherry. But our driver Umer with his neat and clean overtaking made sure we did not have to waste our time. Not only that being a regular on this route, he knew the usual spots that have bad roads and drove most carefully considering we had 3 senior citizens in our group of 6. His attention to detail and his well maintained Innova made sure we did not have any hiccups because of him.
All in all a beautiful family experience where Umer transitioned from our driver to a family friend.

Excellent and affordable service. My Driver called before 1 hour that he is unable to come due to emergency. I contacted to customer care and within 10 minutes another car was arranged. Also the fare was lowest in market. Must try.

I traveled to Manali from Delhi using thier cab service their service was awesome during the trip right from pickup to drop they are so cooperative even when I requested English speaking driver they followed my request and satisfied my wishbut in few areas i think they need to develop their service

At the time of starting trip they share details of driver, vehicle etc through mail. And at the time of end time too they will send trip invoice to us this gesture make good sense. During the trip the Driver gets payment of the overall trip in installments from us (but i feel that if the company communicate everything to us about various payment installments through our email or WhatsApp to be done it will hassle free)

Here since everything is communicated by Driver to us. During payment of TAX, PARKING, TOLL charges we faced difficulties. During TAX payment the driver told me to pay ₹2400 but to reconfirm when I asked to get me cab the told the TAX charges which I supposed to pay is ₹2800
And PARKING charges (to park the car in tourism spot) the driver asked ₹640 to me and he gave me only few parking bills and not for all parking

I will suggest get me cab to communicate directly to customer for various payment

Took a cab from Nainital to bareilly. The cab was on time. Very neat and clean. The details of the cab and driver were provided a day before. Driver Mr. Rajesh was very professional and well aware of all the local routes and we reached our destination without any glitches.

Very good people, could not travel due to PM visit between Mysore to Ooty but the amount paid in advance the company has initiated for refund against my booking.

Cab came late by 2 hours and I was waiting in this summer with my 4 year old boy in open and driver was everytime saying that he is coming in 15 min. I almost missed my flight.

The service was awesome when we booked last time. But now worst customer service; the person over the call was extremely rude, unprofessional and cheats people.

Me and my friends booked a cab from this cab agency the owner name is RAJIV. I don’t even want to bother giving this person one star he doesn’t deserve this business. This is the WORST cab agency. To save you from your future trips trust me never book from him. Btw we booked his cab from Delhi to Mussoorie. The driver was trying to make a fool of us and not taking us to the view points and fooling us by saying no car can go up there but when we reached so many cars were up there in George Everest as well as Landore. While we were on the mountains the driver was driving so insanely on the turns he was in so much speed we almost crashed into a bus. I have so much to say about this agency like it’s the WORST. Band kardo tum apna kaam. Also when we told him about all this he had to guts to get so rude and violently rose him voice on us, his customers.we didn’t knew that you didn’t knew whatsoever was going on. You should be responsible for your inner conflicts with vardaan.we were stuck between you and vardaan the sole reason being you both were not clear with each other and where none of you cared to update us with this information.

From booking the cab to dropping us at our drop location Shimla, everything went smoothly. Our driver, Mr. Gaurav Agnihotri was a very polite and friendly person. He picked us up on time and the ride to Shimla was pleasant. The car was well maintained. The customer support team also deserves appreciation as they helped us change our pickup location and time hassle-free. There was no hidden charge. They charged exactly the same amount as shown during booking. Definitely, GetMeCab is the best cab service that I have availed till date.

Very bad service. I had booked a cab 1 week ago from the departure time. They called me up 1 day before departure to confirm extra charges due to some extra kilometres. 10 mins past the departure time I called them to ask for cab details and status, they said Booking had been cancelled due to unavailability of cabs. There was absolutely no intimation to us neither was there any mail or messages sent to inform about this. It led to a lot of cancellations and changes in our plans since getting a cab at the last moment was very difficult.

Terrible Experience.
Driver dint know arrival point at the airport. He went to the departure area to receive a person who is arriving.
Constantly over the phone.

Booked a cab from New delhi airport to Aligarh and found overall good experience. Only a little disappointed with the website and booking method, noone wants to pay through a link sent by someone manually. Need to work on the online portal.

The estimated amount given by get me cab is only half. We had to pay double the amount at the end. The driver says a different calculation and took extra tax and parking charges. Get me cab fooled us. We'll never recommend this to anyone.

Travelled from Meerut to Mussoorie. Service was really good. Driver came on time. Cab was neat and clean and behaviour of driver was professional. Rates are cheap and best.

We booked their innova crista for a trip to mussoorie last week, I would say that their driver was too good and friends that, which make our trip more remarkable, and this (getmecab) agency's fair charges were also comfortable. I personaly say that i was really satisfied with their service.

My friend booked a cab from getmecab, our experience of journey is bad, cab quality is not so good, price also very high. Even, I can't book any cab from get me cab. Its my first nd last worst experience.

This Getmecab is a fake modern so call online site cab booking looting people's money by name of advance which is actually there dalali by name of advance. Never give single penny to them in name of advance. This is a trap to looing your hard money.

My one day journey yesterday was from 5: 30 am - 10: 30 pm, I’ve been charged 750 driver DA, over and above the per km charge

Driver was nice, car was okay - but the one day cab became too costly. Itemised bill wasn’t provided, state tax receipt wasn’t provided.

Won’t book again and won’t recommend to anyone

Good service, driver knows all routes and tips and tricks of the places. I took a Mahindra marazzo for a 4 day trip of delhi-mathura-vrindavan-agra-jaipur-delhi and the trip was quite smooth. Total trip was around 950 kms give n take. They have a dedicated helpline for any queries and they positively call you every day to make sure you are not facing any difficulties. Mode of payment is also convinient through gpay/cash/paytm. The owner is also quite amicable and will help you through the rates. I am definitely going to refer this for anyone who is preferring for a family tour.

Don't book any cab with them, They are biggest fraudster. At the time of booking they will charge booking amount. When journey date came then they didn't inform you about cab details. When you call them multiple times then they will tell Cab is not available. So one suggestion for all pay some extra amount and choose any other service provider but don't go with them. They make my day Hell. If any one wants booking detail and cancellation message by get me cab, I will share. Even when you ask for refund of booking amount, they behave rude. I planned for a one day trip to Nandhi hills with 10members. I was wondering will there be any cab available the very night before the trip day. When surfed I got to know about GetMeCab.
