We had a great experience with Ghum India Ghum, and enjoyed the tours and transportation they arranged.

In particular, we had a fantastic experience with Rajeev on a birding tour of Keoladeo National Park. Rajeev is a true expert and made the birdwatching exciting and memorable. We saw almost 50 species in a just a few hours. Highly recommend the birding tour with Rajeev in this beautiful place.

The communication was really easy and Mr Saurav was very kind. I could almost say he was available 24h/day, since he always answered so briefly.

The flexibility was extraordinary. We made so many alterations to the plan, and everything was changed accordingly. Even during the trip, we were able to change everything we felt we wanted to change - we just needed to send a message to Mr. Saurav.

Our tour details:
(1) Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Jodhpur by van, with a personal driver - Mr Sing. He was extremely professional and truly nice and kind. He became a friend and part of the group. We also had amazing tour guides in each city.

(2) We then flew to Kerala, and met our driver - Mr Unni, another extraordinary person. He was more than a driver - he was also kind of a guide. He knew so much about the area and he was extremely professional. We visited Munnar, Alleppey and Cochim - we truly loved it

(3) Finally we flew to Goa for beach and party.

We loved everything about our trip.

The trip to Haridwar and Rishikesh was so amazing. My recent tour with Ghum India Ghum was fantastic! The team (Saurav) was professional, knowledgeable, and ensuring that all my needs were met. The tour guide/driver (Manoj Kumar) was very friendly and well-informed, making the trip enjoyable, took care of our needs (right from pick up from the airport, and all the way up to dropping us off back at airport after 3 day travel to all important tourisr destinations in Delhi, Madhura) and was always available to help us and answer any questions we had. The accommodations were great. My wife and I couldn't recommend using Ghum India Ghum on a trip to India more. The communication was great, and we didn't have to worry about anything, tell Ghum what you'd like to see and do, and they take care of the rest. You can view the monuments and nature as they are, but the real value is the insight the guides provide into the history and culture of the country.

Special mention to guides Mr S. K. Chandra (Jaipur) and Mr Prakash (Varanasi), these are both gentle natured and thoughtful men who gave us amazing experiences with the day to day life of Indians and Hindu beliefs and culture in general.

Ghum be amazing during our 2 weeks in India. They help us to arrange all the transportation and tours in the cities we visited in India. Also airport transfer. Fare rates and good service. Everything was very well planned and organised so you do not feel even the slightest of exhaustion while travelling. The driver, Harish, was a very calm and well mannered person. He explains everything very well. Overall a very exiting trip and we had a blast.

Please don't book them they gave us a package for Darjeeling pelling and gangtok in gangtok for us it was only nathu la but they did not take permit and they send the driver at 11 whereas nathu la gates are closed by 11.please don't go through this group u will get upset it's my sincere advice

Our experience with their service was so memorable. I approached saurav just couple of days before our trip at 10: 30PM and got our itinerary within 15 min. I was bit reluctant initially as it was our first trip with Ghum India Ghum. To our surprise hotels/guide/driver/itineray all bang on target fulfilled our requirements. Special thanks to Manish Yadav who made our travel very safe and he never crossed 70 KM/HR even on Yamuna expressway. Hope they continue their services with the same passion. Looking forward for more north india tours with them in future.

We had a month long private tour of India (North and South) that was a mix of religious pilgrimage, site seeing, and nature experiences. Ghum India Ghum did a fantastic job or organizing our drivers, hotels, flights, and guides. A journey across thousands of miles with 5 internal flights would likely have something go wrong, and it DIDN'T! We had a wonderful time and loved all of our guides.

On top of that our trip was originally scheduled when the border was still closed. Saurav and the team worked with us through the complex Covid visa situation. Then our trip had to be postponed by 10 months due to Covid. Everything was rescheduled without any issues.

We are so grateful to the Ghum India Ghum team for making this a journey of a lifetime!

Ghum India Ghum tour agency was really easy to deal with, being responsive and kind. The driver (Me Chiku) from Angra to Delhi was also very polite and a good driver.
In Agra, I was introduced to Tarun Joshi, my tour guide for the day. He has been great, kind, with good knowledge of the place, great English and flexibility to adapt according to my wishes. He also makes a lot of nice photos if you want.

Saurav was so incredibly helpful with customising our itinerary and ensuring our entire trip was planned perfectly. He checked in with us regularly and provided really nice and reliable service. We were provided a detailed breakdown of our day to day itinerary including distance and time to drive between cities. Saurav made sure to add in all the key sightseeing stops so we wouldn't miss out on anything!

Our driver Harish:
We travelled across Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Bikiner with our driver Harish who kept us safe on the roads and was a very skilled driver. He really went above and beyond to bring us to our destination on time while keeping us comfortable. We also highly recommend requesting for Harish as your driver!

Our tour guides:
Every single one of our tour guides was friendly and very knowledgable. Particularly memorable were our guides Joshi in Agra and Prakash in Varanasi. They went all out in helping us navigate the crowds and were experts of their respective local cities. We had such an amazing time with them and the experience was incredible.

The accommodation:
We opted for the 4-5 star hotel options and the accommodations exceeded our expectations particularly in Bikaner and Rathambore. Overall all the rooms were clean, the food was good and the staff were nice!

After doing a tremendous amount of research for our trip to India, we decided to go with Ghum India Ghum for their great reviews and extensive experience. We were not disappointed! The trip was wonderful: really well-planned, safe, and enlightening, with amazing tour guides and quality hotels.

Our first guide Nik was really patient and friendly as he toured us around Old and New Delhi, through the markets, temples, and streets of Delhi. He took very good care of us, and showed us exactly what we wanted to see on our first day. I was nervous as this was my first trip to India, but we felt well taken care of the moment we met Nik.

In Agra, we were hosted by Tarun Joshi across two days, and we visited the Red Fort, the Gardens, and the Taj Mahal. He was extremely knowledgeable, explaining to us the fascinating history of the Mughal Empire from Babur on down through his descendents, and took extremely good care of us: we hitched onto auto-rickshaws, showed us great restaurants, and took a million photos. In addition to being a good tour guide, he's also a good photographer!

Overall, it was a great tour group and an even better trip!
