Best service ever. Branch staff is amazing and provides excellent, fast and speedy service.

Branch staff is helpful. They are offering lowest Rate of Interest for free hold properties across NCR.

Fraud and misleading staff of GIC HFLRDC Ghaziabad, no response of call or message after depositing the processing fee and other charges, i have applied for HFL on January 23 and they committed to sanction within 10-12 working day or before 16 febraury 2023 but they did not sanctioned the HFL on time or neither in feb 23 or neither in march 23.besides 10-12 days they have misleading 75 days n so more.

Their service is worst, they never pick up the phone, if you ask for any documents, just keep waiting only.

This is one of the worst lending institution that does not care about the customers and neither anyone picks call nor respond to emails at Gurugram Branch. I am one of the victim.

They don't have any online loan account nor customer care service centre number where you can reach raise your concern.

Moreover, its corporate office don't bother about customer, what you would expect from branch offices.
