Why you guys not accepting out of warranty motherboard for repair this is bad. I called many times they always give 10 to 15 days or in the end of month guys have the biggest service centre in nehru place still you guys not helping us i suggest everyone to buy gigabyte after this i am not going to suggest any one
Worst service ever—takes 15 days to repair or replace the motherboard. Doesn't care about customers. Their repair engineers are not working, and if I call them to ask about my product, they extend the date to tomorrow every time. Very poor customer service, even though my motherboard is under warranty.
My motherboard having some isse I went there and they refuse to take it for repair because for its out of warranty even am ready to pay but they refused to take it for repair. Now tell me where should I go and what to do. Never expected this from big service center.
Sabse bekar service hai inki boht kharab service hai Warrenty ke products ko non warrenty bata dete hai or device 5 bar repair krane aya hu or mana kr rhe h submit karne se
I had a terrible experience with the Delhi service centre of Gigabyte. I sent my motherboard for repair/replacement and after weeks of waiting, I received a so-called "refurbished" board which was in fact the same defective board with the serial number changed. When I pointed this out to the service centre, they denied any wrongdoing and even claimed that the board had been replaced for my satisfaction! This is completely unacceptable and unethical behavior. To make matters worse, the customer service representatives at the Delhi service centre were rude and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using this service centre for any repairs or replacements. Gigabyte should be ashamed of their lack of integrity and poor customer service.
Very Helpful Staff, Engineer was also very good, Got my motherboard replaced in no time, My trust in Gigabyte has increased as my experience was quite nice.

Didn't solve my problem. My motherboard pin is damage. I went to the service center three times but did not take my motherboard to the service center. My experience was very poor at gigabyte service center. So take some action at Gigabyte Service Center at Nehru Place. Do not buy any Gigabyte product.
They repaired the motherboard well and it was an decent experience. The problem I found out is lack of clarity to the customers, if the customer is asking questions about what was the problem and how did they fix it they should let the customer know all about the product they bought with trust.
My experience here has been nothing but amazing. Fast, reliable and supportive throughout my exchange of the m27q that had bleeding issues. The entire staff is reflective and cooperative. Especially Ravi, he was my sole contact point with the centre and was considerate to my issues and queries. Mayank Panchal, who safely delivered the replacement monitor to my home was humble and sincere as well capping my exchange smoothly. Over-all, I'm a satisfied customer and wish all the luck to all members involved at gigabyte, Nehru place.
Amazing Customer Support & After Sale Service. I live in New Delhi and I bought a Gigabyte’s Monitor but i was facing a lil screen bleeding problem so i raised this issue and they took couple of days to get back to me then they sent an agent (Mayank) to check and replace the monitor and i got my monitor replaced within a week of raising this issue so i am really happy with their service and would recommend everyone to just go with this brand. They have really good customer support and after sale service: D P. S- Staff are extremely helpful and polite especially Robin & Mayank.
All 5 star reviews you see about this service center have been done by staff members and completely fabricated to hide their service center shortcomings. People in this service center are clueless and have rude behaviour. Gigabyte is a good brand but its service in India is sub standard
Extremely fast and good response. Bought a monitor from Amazon which was faulty and Amazon was taking a lot of time. I spoke to Kajal Gupta at the Gigabyte Service Center in Delhi directly who helped even on Saturday. She took down meticulously all details and fast tracked it to the relevant office near my location. Within 2 days, Mayank Panchal and one more employee came from the Nehru Place Gigabyte Service Center, double checked the faulty monitor and replaced it with a new monitor. They opened it in front of me, did physical quality check, hdmi cable and laptop connection, rgb test etc. After multiple checks they set up the stand throughout explaining services available at the center and those exempt. They were prompt, cheerful and very helpful. Appreciate both Kajal and Mayank for their out of the way help. Overall service was very good. Will update on the product after detailed use. My only issue is that there should be a way to contact the center directly for Amazon purchases too.
Gigabyte Service in India sucks. No one cares for you. I got a faulty motherboard first day and they refused to replace it. Wasted time and money but people in the service center simply don't care for your problem. They will try everything so that you dont get a replacement for a faulty product. I would request every one to stay away from Gigabyte and their brand AORUS and buy any other brand. Or be prepared to loose your hard earned money if you get a faulty Gigabyte motherboard and most importantly time as they will simply not replace the motherboard for you.
My graphic card (GPU) (which was under warranty) was crashing for 2-3 days. So I took it to the service centre. It was thoroughly inspected for physical damage and then was taken in by the service centre staff for repair. It was probably a " GPU memory issue" as informed by them. After 1 week, I called them on the contact number and it was informed that the GPU will be replaced and they are awaiting replacement. Within 2 weeks from submission, replacement was ready and on 3rd week I picked up the replacement. The replacement GPU is working properly until now and I am satisfied with the service experience.
Hi have come to this service center my machine on that moment it's going on & off again & again Mr. Lalit engineer is come to see my machine he take 45 minutes to solve my problem, lalit ji very helping person thanks lalit ji to solve my problem.
Worst service center. I have visited this service center 5 times but they did not repair my motherboard properly. I keep facing the issue again and again and their service center guys just keep on making false promises and excuses. They don't care for your valuable time time. People in this Service center are stupid and highly unprofessional
The will fix your motherboard if they can pr RMA it if it is under warranty for free. Without warranty they will look at the motherboard and fix it if they can (for reasonable charge), if they can't fix it they will not charge you anything.
