Had a great experience been buying from abroad earlier but definitely no doubt they have huge variety must visit and buy

Best place with widest range ive ever seen anywhere in India and being a customer can challenge anyone to share any store like this in India with such variety keep it up

Glitz opticals are cheaters.they give u discount but did any one check price list of products. They gave me sun glasses 40% discount but increase list price by 7000 rs.seriously cheaters.seriously fake ppl.never take any product from them.

Superb staff, decent collection and fair discounts, but my review lacks the remaining 3 stars because of the obnoxious owners. The two brothers running this store are all about making the quick buck, and are rather pushy with a total lack of courtesy whatsoever. After quoting a far lower price at the time of my inquiry, they ended up charging me much more at the time of billing and when I asked them, they tried making me feel stupid. Then, the sunglasses had visible scratches on it, and I stated that it being a brand new piece shouldn’t be this way. The owner gaslit me by saying it was nothing, and then eventually owner up and agreed to buff the acetate for me after some time. I only go here for the discounts they offer, and their boys, mainly Govind are wonderful to deal with. But because the owner duo calls the shots, I don’t know if I’d want to deal with them again.

I got my sun glasses from here and I’m very happy with the service I received. They are knowledgeable in fitting optics which is great especially since there aren’t too many places that are. I would highly recommend them.

They sometimes sell first copy and does not sell authentic product. They attach the card to show customer that it’s a real product but most of the time it’s not. Beware of the quality they are selling.it has happened with lot of customers and they fall into trap with their marketing skills and false words. The owner does not acknowledge the fault and sell fake product.

This shop's owner is a ridiculous person and he doesn't co-operate with customers. Misbehaves with ladies even someone asks for refund very next day of giving advance for glasses. Really bad experience we had

(1) poor service provided. I specifically asked for blue light reflecting lenses. The order slip mentioned blue light reflecting, however, the specs given to me did not have blue light reflecting lenses, even though I was charged 1650/- for blue light reflecting lenses. On asking Mr Krishna, he made excuse that blue light reflecting is inbuilt, even thought the glass was clearly not reflecting blue light. It only reflected green light.

(2) second issue, the power of the lenses was different than what was checked. I was not provided a machine-generated slip indicating power of the lenses. I suffered severe headache and eye fatigue as a result.

(3) the lenses also had wrong focal point and are causing me immense strain and headache for adjusting

Request glitz to kindly replace my lenses with blue light reflecting lenses (as mentioned in original order slip) and correct the power. OR refund full amount due to the distress and pain caused.
