Ram (public dealing manager) here commits fake promises to the customers and will entertain you only till you buy their products and once you pay the money he will not even come to you, he won't accept any facts and will avoid you and tell you to come after one week. We bought Honda sp125 from here and he said that he will provide free coating, will explain the insurance, and will deliver the number plate same day, not even A single promise was fulfilled by him! Never buy any Honda products from this showroom.it's just show room just to show extra things to you and steal your money!

Very poor sales service of Globus honda Gujranwala town, Delhi. Ultra level poor service. False commitment of delivering scooty under 30 mins, however taking more than 2 hours.
Illiterate staff who provides wrong account details for money transfer. On asking why wrong details are bein provided, they respond that print out mein galti ho gayi. Toh kya ho gaya.

Wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

Visited them on 13 Oct 2022 at Gujranwala town center. The office executive (a man around 45 years) came to attend without any paper. On demand he got rate list from some other desk and this time came without pen. Really, do they not use pen and paper to explain details to every customer? The worst is yet to come. The man tells me the price, rudely denies any scheme and asks an office attendent, who was cleaner of scooters, to show me the available colors. The executive walks inside the showroom leaving me with the cleaner. Did I go there to see colors only? After colors I went back in the showroom and the executive was sitting in his seat and looking into my eyes. No response, no question and no indication that he wanted to resume attending me. Pathetic service to a customer who wanted to buy at 100% down payment. No worries, I am buying it somewhere else now.

This is where I bought my honda activa from. I think it's transparent dealing. It's early days to comment over their after sale services.

Please don't visit this showroom the office decorum is very poor one of the person whose name is Ram Kumar maybe this is the branch manager or team leader but this person is very rude he ask me to take Activa accessory is a compulsory he forcing me again and again to buy accessories also he is saying if you take the accessories I give you the scooter otherwise I don't give you the scooter

Do not ever think of going to this showroom. They just the loot the customers in th name of processing fee, interest etc.
Those who have knowledge about all this they can be good, but those who don't they fool them.
Just waste others time.
They don't either stick to their words.
Bad service, bad and egoistic staff.
And when I asked them about the reviews others have shared, they simply said we have 5 branches and other branches staff don't treat customers politely so customers post bad reviews as this is our head office as this I the only registered number. How simply they fool the customers.
Please don't ever think of going to this branch.

I have ordered the meter of Activa 125 2019 model two month ago from the Burari branch of the showroon that time it said that it will come in one or two days but till date it not came when ever enquiring about it the answer is it not available and will come in two three days.
Staffs are good but service is very poor

I had purchased activa 6g before 7 month.and after 2nd service of scooty is not working properly.scooty battery is dead and my scooty is in under warranty they are not giving better response customer care is very bad they not listed to your any problem.

Poor service standards. Service delivery times often breaches. Further, think twice before submitting claim cases in the globus honda GTK industrial area garage as nexus of claim handling officer & service outlet staff plays with the mind of the people.
No SOP are followed. Works like a sarkari babu. They often call customers on other day for vehicle submission as they work approx 10-12. Days in a month. Writing it after personal experience. Their official Mail correspondence doesn't work despite apitu g it in job card & front end customer help desk support team are not fully trained

It's a busy place, the executive was not interested in customer service. They always give cold shoulder to customer. I personally asked them for the finance scheme but there is no reply.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Staff misguides you with bogus claims and take money out of your pocket. I was prmised free service at the time of selling AMC to me but later on they charged for everything when my bike was sent for service. Its really sad to see the greediness of the company and letching money out of the pockets of inocent customers.

Also the number of items mentioned in the invoice is way beyond what they have actually done in the service.

RUDE BEHAVIOUR, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Very very bad service gujrawala town service centre, they charge extra money even they don't sanitiz activa and charge extra money and supervisor behave is so bad they are just hungry for money, they add extra charges in bill and no benefit to complaint to seniors because all are involved in this, we should stop buy Honda Activa from them, Honda company should send direct msg to customers for rating then they may change their self and make happy to customers

Good company good atmosphere good staff good service. Overall it's a place where you not only buy a vehicle but also get a trust of a company which is serving for years.

Executives are worst here, they donot pay attention to their valuable customers. They will waste your time so better to buy from some other showroom like excel Honda Rajouri garden

This Dealer, incharge, C E O, staff are concerned with selling n making money only, by hook ir by crook. Charge more money 1500 to 5000 compared to other honda dealers. Aftersales The behavior is very very very rude and impolite.if a customer tries to complain. The C E O, incharge REFUSE TO MEET CUSTOMERS. Staff terms him as so called very high profile and call the customers as PETTY PEOPLE, ऐरा गैरा नथु खैरा, and tells to GO TO HELL. STAFF CALLS NAMES TO CUSTOMERS IN HINDI, NATIONAL LANGUAGE. Staff keeps customers waiting. No one to attend properly.

Bad staff. No courtesy at all. Manager even doesn't have manners how to talk with customer. I would have given 0 star if there is option available.

Staff and high management do not have curtsey to deal with the customers. They are not having manners how to speak with the customers. They are theives. They are levying unnecessary charges. When you try to get clarification. They even dnt ready to give it.

No grate deals available here and sales team was unqualified they really don't know about technical specifications of products they have and the only good thing is staff push the sales for achieving their sales targets without satisfaction of customer's needs

Yesterday I bought Activa 5g from globus Honda.they take the customers for granted.the customer executive who was handling us was least interested in his work and after the payment was made he directly asked my younger brother to pay RS 200 for the number plate.and when my brother tried to pay him that customer executive said please pay me outside.if I would have been knowing about this would have definitely made a complain to the manager.

Bad customer service and worst after sales service for this particular branch. They treat customers for granted.worst behaviour. Worst experience from this branch.
Also they dont have anyone on reception, no sales staff to assist dispite on day with low customers, bad working staff.

The staff is unprofessional.asking for extra money when wanted to buy through paytm. Digital, epayment is also higher than the said quotation price.

GLOBUS HONDA is good for Honda Bikes, Located in Gujrawala Town-north Delhi. I bought a Scooty from Globas Honda. All staff are good.
I got Activa 5 g with comparative price. Card Payment also available at Honda but they charge 2 % extara for Credit Card payment.

Good customer service and support.
This is the main branch of Globus Honda.
Azadpur (pink line gate) is the nearest metro station.

Since Honda already have a good name and faith. Their salesman are not much eager to sale their products. I purchased honda activa from their. It is working fine.but i purchasing experience was just ok. It is like it hardly matters to them if I purchase from their or not.
