The showroom is best in service manager is good in communication and service providing.
Gave me a good discount on accessories and everything.

From my end thumbs up.

Mosquito too much and i saw two lizard at manager cabin and no customer hospitality
They much focusing on payment come after see their review on internet.

Very bad service, when I purchased my Honda Activa 125 in 2015, they didn't provide me original bill of my scooty. After sales service, manager and cash handling person behaviour was very rudely (After purchased). Also cheated in accessories, very cheap quality. Never want to buy any product from Globus Honda. Giving half star.

Executives are corporative but ambience and basic amenities i.e in such big room with 30 ppl inside not a single ac working, too many Mosquito and what to say about chair very dirty and that too broken.
No tea, coffee and water that too after asking
I m pretty much sure washroom issue will be there too.
Hats off to the working staff who is there with a smile.

I will not recommend to visit here at all. I had to purchase Activa from here, was going for a finance option. But, you have to go for finance option from their finance partner, otherwise they won't even talk to you. Your down payment will not be deducted from vehicle on road amount, they have their own calculations for that. They will force you to go for longer duration emi's for finance. They will not explain you anything about your emi.

Personally I will not visit this place again and will not recommend to anyone.

Bad experience with staff, all staff just try to make fool of customers, accessories are generally not available in showrooms, not giving proper details.i suggest to avoid that showroom

Staff is not so cordial. The reason could be Activa is the most selling so they don't care much.

Nice and good service. Some more attention to give by the customer representative l. Should manage delivery vehicles and required improvement in WiFi there is connectivity problems.

Wrong commitments by staff.once they are assured that one will buy from them.they change their commitments.

Very bad Ambience, No Cleaniness, No AC.
Service also vey poor, they do not have Drinking Water with them to serve to Customers coming to Buy Honda Activa.
No Etiquette to attend Customers neither having Courtesy to do so.

Location of the store is good and sales persons are very cooperative and they are very helpful.
Also ower of the store is also very cooperative.
