Very worst service all staff are in attitude and they doing scam by selling engine insurance which is not compulsory from company. Don't go there for service. They are cheated fraud. Don't go there by mistake. Even the person who checking scooty also tick mark the wrong columns so that our billing amount will more.
Service is awesome & vehicle is given back up to mark in prescribed time without any delay. Staff behaviour is also very friendly. Customers are treated very well. Manager is very supportive.
Delay service, not giving on time, late service book open, late service, note service good, extra charge, wash not clean good. Presenly i sugest not come in this service
Guys, pls don’t visit for any repairing worker here, they don’t have any experience mechanic and even they don’t know how to handle the customer. I have submitted my Honda Hornet 160r bs4 model on 12th Feb’23. Even after servicing the problem is coming, it is better to get the service done from outside. I will not tell anyone to get service from here, very dirty experience here very badly experience here.
Very bad experience, all are just bunch of crocs, no one there to hear your problems, I will not recommend to go there for service, of purchase in show room. Ratings 00000.
Worst service centre.plz plz don't you ever go there.i don't know why nobody is taking this service centre seriously.nobody is serious about there work.this service centre is destroying the image of Honda.
This service center is not upto the level of Honda.they do not have generators for power backup.due to power failure they deliver all bikes without washing when i visited there.you will not get satisfactory service from here.better to visit some other nearby honda service center
Vry bad service waste of time no sence of opperating work shop every labour want money to give you on time delivery washing is also very bad tottaly dis appointed
Overall service is ok but requesting to please ask for clear estimate from your service advisor because in most of times infact everytime you will end up paying more
Read a few negative ratings but the center proved them all wrong. This is a good service station with good staff. Specially the people who make job card and the man who washes the vehicle.
Carefully listen to the customers and suggest solutions too. Mine was the 1st service and I am gomplerely satisfied.
This time the service was done timely but there wasn't any washing provision. Twice it has happened with me when I have to bring back my vehicle without washing.

I have submitted my Honda Activa 125 bs6 model on 24th Apr’22 there for minor issue (escalator missing issue), but till date they couldn’t fixed the issue. I have visited the service centre many number of times but all time they said they have placed the order to Honda (some faulty part), when i was asked about time when they will receive the part from Honda, they don’t give me proper answer on it. There are no one to help the customers and handle this kind of issue.
They are just making money out of people's pockets. Charging for every little thing and after sales service is zero. I got my battery on 05/01/21 with 18 months warranty but on 06/22 it stopped working so I requested a replacement and the same was rejected as they issued Tata green battery 15 months old from date of purchase i.e. 05/01/2021. And they do nothing in the service. I would have rated it zero. Honda needs to improve its after sales service. No washing was done as motor was not working, alignment was the same but I got charged for it. I will not recommend any one to go there for scooter or bike service.
Wanted to give minus rating but can't, Anyways, 3yrs back ihad problem with my activa 3g alignment, so went there but instead of replacing or repairing the fork they told me to change the rim, i got it done the next but it didnt work, then they told me to change the front tyre, dit it too and still after 3 -4 hrs the alignment was as it is, told me to come tomorrow once again and took the money for alignment, If u want to throw ur money and waste ur time, Pls do visit here as they will take all and give nothing back
Service Manager Sahil available at the location who is whole responsible for everything. Nobody is doing anything without his approval. Making job card from him, was the biggest challenge for me because he was so so busy with multiple customers knocking him simultaniously. Head service mechanic is pardeep who knows his work well, infact evwry mechanic knows his work well but it depends on your timing and owner's management how smartly they are dealing with customers.
My scooty Activa 125 failed in starting by self so I had to visit there. TOOK 40 min just to get Job card created by Sahil, After that 1 hours for new battery replacement and kick smoothing activity. Estimatr was 1500 and final bill was 1580.
My advice is to be rigid and very attentive at place during visit. Always be there till whole service duration. I had tried multiple other honda service stations like in rithala, burari, CP still I can assure If you knows how to make youre work done, its the better place than mentioned one.
