GM MTNL

The staff there are useless fellows. Good for nothing. Typical behaviour and working style are like the babus of some higher authorities. No customer service, no accountability and most important liars always make false claims and excuses in the name of instructions from higher authorities or the Government. The government should immediately remove such people if they want to revive government institutions like MTNL or BSNL.

MY Land line No. 26841429 is out of order for the last about a year and for the last somany months i have been lodging complaint to G M Nehru place (MADAM now forgotten her name) and other concerned officials in Okhla Exchange but all in vain and no effect. REGULARLY EVERY month Bill is being generated which for the couple of months not being paid. It is horrible situation. I have bee talking to Madam and many times to her P A but to no avail. Ihave telling that i being a veteran Army retired officer but NO HELP and response. NOW I request to MTNL authorities to disconnect my connection and any my deposit should be refunded to me. Col. A. This is govt dept and all well know about govt offices. Very Neat and clean place. Staffs are polite but problem in parking where free parking mentioned, but no entry gate. It seems It is occupied by some one.

Pathetic, disgusting, Don't trust MTNL at all. I have MTNL connection for the last 15 years, and for these years, i am facing issue of phone not working. On daily basis i am complaining their computerised system, and no action has been taken so far.i am only paying the monthly bills for the last 15 years, my landline phone is OUT OF SERVICE.these people don't have any customer care, nobody is bothered to provide service. No action is being taken so far. Finally taken the decision to surrender the MTNL Phone.

I don't say any negative comment here once went there for some issue. So i met here one haryanvi staff on DEMAND DRAFT counter. He is so nice and helped me alot.

Extremely slow, unresponsive, irresponsible and worst customer care service. Internet is extremely slow, and the service is basically hopeless. Had given 1/2 star if there was an option.

Building is very old, once you enter the building you will feel like being in British era and India still needs independence. Lol. They do the work slow but yes you will get all the services related to their broadband, mobile connection and Landline connection. If you visit their office upstairs you will find MTNL staff sleeping on mats on the floor during office timings in very funny way, i dont know how but still they are running the company.

Many facilities available like bill payment, settlement of old dues, new connection, and also close to metro.

Worst experience typical government office no one listens they just make you go to from. One counter to other.

The place was loctaed a little away from the main market. Also the staff there is not much supportive. But still I rated it about 3stars.

Very nice people. Cooperative & friendly. All my problems taken care of. Thanks to MTNL, NEHRU PLACE office.

Don't take MTNL connection, surrendering procedure is too much frustrating. 2-3, place we need to visit for this.

It's awfully pathetic, horribly lazy, unexplainably worthless, and completely careless service. WiFi never works even after hundreds of services and corrections, landlines mostly dead, customer care totally careless and even surrendering the services is extremely painful. Total NATIONAL wastage
