Very good professional approach while I visited the store but the after sales service team is very very unprofessional. They don’t keep their words and even after so much persuasion they don’t come to install the furniture at the time given by the installation team.

I recently bought a sofa set, study table and chairs, a shoe cabinet from Godrej Interio, Godrej Bhavan, Okhla. Sales personnel was cooperative, patient and encouraging to choose the right product, delivery and installation was prompt which was done the same day when the furniture was delivered. We're very much satisfied with the sales, delivery and installation teams. One suggestion, Godrej Interio can include in their collection more wooden coffee tables of single colour that I wanted but couldn't find there.

The best place to get the Godrej Interio products, known as second sales, 30-70% discounts available round the year. The products are slightly defective, due to wear & tear, Loading unloading.
You may require 2-3 visits to get the product of your choice.
These days we rarely come across Godrej showroom of this big size comprising of all kind of sample products. It's amazing. Godrej need to give more visibility on main road for convenience of customer

I purchased mattress frm here and it's started getting sagged in 3rd year when I make complaint they r not replacing it my product is under warranty. Don't buy any kind of mattress frm here it's garbage.
As per my opinion I visited the Godrej for Almirah, I am very surprised that in this place Almirah they have in very wear and tear (dents) condition and also variety is very limited and those in good condition is costlier. I bet if any one go their not satisfied from this present condition. Hope better time will come.
Kitchen installation experience with Godrej was great. We got the exact colours and drawer units according to our requirements. Although the cost is little on the higher side but the quality is justified.
