I had a complaint, I got the display of the phone changed, I got 6 months warranty, now the issue is coming in the display I have been calling daily for 4.5 days but did not get any solution. Right now they tell me daily, Engineer will come to you today, he will come today.

Very bad behaviour done by a CCE (Mr. Teerath). I am using a oneplus nord and I changed my display by this company, on the very next day the display not working and I complained again than they repaired it again suddenly the very next day the display stopped working again and when I complaning them they told that now it's not under warranty.
The most terrific part is a Customer care executive (Mr. Teerath) when I asked him to transfer the call to a senior person or a manager he replied me that he is the senior most person in the company, he is the manager and he is only the owner of the company. The way he was talking was not good even if I asked him to listen he replied that you come to my office I will talk you face to face.
Who gave the power to a CCE to behave like that to a customer.
I don't know why they hire this type of CCE in their company.
Firstly, they are not listening to the customer and even showing the rude behaviour.
So I request to company to take some action against him.

I called the GoEasyRepair for screen replacement and scheduled an appointment. The person visiting for mobile repair was on time. His behaviour was very professional. He was equipped with right tools needed for fix.

He replaced the screen and fingerprint reader right in front of me and cleaned the dust deposited inside phone over the 6 years of usage. Got my phone back in hand just after half an hour.

Next time for sure will go for the same service.

Value of time should be taken by Workshop. At 1 PM, when I talked to resolve my problem, it is told to wait till 0530 pm for repairing of Motorola Mobile and at 6 pm I received a call that it will be repaired on tomorrow. Please ignore such excuse

Fully Satisfied with Mr Munna service as technician. It’s was professional experience with him and GoEasyRepair.

Changed review after 2 weeks: phone stopped working after 4-5 days. It doesn't start at all even after charging. It cost me around 1100 but go for better quality in Cashify or some other good website.

After 3 weeks: Battery was replaced and it's working fine now.

Prices are normal plus they have 6 mnths warranty.

On 11/10/2021 had booked an screen replacement service from Go Easy Repair for my Mi A1 Smart Phone, I was been quoted of 2000/- for my screen replacement service which i accepted & went ahead with the service, But after the screen was installed i started to face problems as touch was having accuracy issues as well as it was erratic in nature, so i addressed that issue to the installer he stated that with time it will get better but instead it got worse, The touch within 2 months started developing dead pixels that might be due to manufacturing defects so i once again contacted their customer service, I was been ignored by them for more then a week & after deliberate attempts i was been contacted & their installer came to my place for inspection of device, After inspecting they are totally denying their own Warranty Policy as well as accusing me of hard touches as well as internally damaging the touch deliberately & stating it as an physical damage, they are fooling people of their hard earned money. Every one getting cheated should file cases on these companies who cheat people. I am also attaching a copy of my complaint on Consumer Forum.

They do really good job. Except they didn’t provide complimentary screen guard for my iPhone display repair.
I took battery and display replacement. Feel like I got a new device.

Danish came along with his colleague to the home and repaired my phone. They were very humble. Verry good customer service.

I ordered for repair services yesterday for my phone. I told them it's an urgent request please pick up and try to give phone next day. They dint even sent a technician and didn't responded after my message on their service WhatsApp. Not a trustworthy service company for mobile repair.i am giving them zero stars.

I got two phones repaired from them, both the phones stopped working in next two months and when I contacted them, their engineer made an excuse of physical damage which is not covered in their so called guarantee.

I would not advocate going with goeasyrepair, instead, go to your local authorised shop, you may have to pay more, but the service will be excellent. I realised this after losing my hard-earned money and my iPhone.

It is bad experience I ever face. They are not professional, not responsive.
They do false commitment. They give worst service.

I booked repair service for my nokia 8.1. I had issue in charging port. The service person changed the charging port and its working but not supporting fast charging as it seems not original spare part has been used.

Quick, efficient, and verry effective service. Responded promptly to my request and the engineer Danish was very well versed and knowledgeable. Doorstep service, and my Mobile troubles were taken care of in no time. Recommended!

I got screen replaced for one of my phone, the screen quality was extremely bad, glue came out next day only, screen broke few days later even though phone didnt fell from screen side because of poorly glued. Now they are saying it's physical damage and not covered under warranty.

I've had a mixed experience with GoEasy Repair - but overall I feel, they are worth a shot and are well intentioned people. Home service is prompt and customer support is also good.

My battery replacement was done with a faulty battery which led to a double time battery replacement and the screen got cracked the second time as battery changes have a lot of risk nowadays.

Mr Krishna (from Sales Support) has been supportive (and was able to offer a discounted screen repair after investigating) and while Mr Munna, who got the faulty battery in the first go, was regretful and gave his best the second time with a proper battery. (Which is now working fine after 24 hours)

Will definitely recommend trying them, while also hoping that GoEasy Repair does their research on accurate and high quality spare parts - the first time a customer puts a request.

Screen is not working properly.touch is fine but scroll is very laggy and heavy. Contacted them to visit me again and replace the screen, will update this after the replacement

I had my one plus 6 repaired from goeasy repair. They replaced the screen and charged my approx 8000 for the same.after some time the screen stopped working. I registered a complaint regarding the same but even after months they have not reverted back on the complaint. They have not even shared the receipt with me for the last repair.

When I woke up I saw a very fine lite coming from side of my phone, on further inspection it turned out to be a gap between my mobile screen and phone body suspecting battery swelling i filled the enquiry form and I received a call from them. I am using one plus 5 and I used Goeasyrepair service to fix my broken screen. Their executive service was very good. Their technician Pankaj came to fix it at my doorstep and I got my phone with new screen in 30 minutes.

I found Goeasyrepair’s technicians much better than Cashify ScreenPro. I know the latter is a big brand, which is why they take their work lightly. Goeasyrepair still has a customer base to build. The technicians know how to talk, if not very skilled.

Pathetic service, poor quality and totally unreliable
Changed my phone screen on 21 oct and it was not working properly. The battery of the phone started draining n within 5 mins went from 65% to 1 %. I told the technician that something is wrong but he told sir give it 24 hrs to adjust. And if nothing happens I’ll come tomorrow n fix it. Then the customer support also called n told the same thing.
I believed and here I’m.
Till today 16 Nov 19. They have taken my phone back that we will repair. Mr Wasim (from Complaint’s support) promised me that your phone will be delivered to u after repairs in 2 days. It’s been 6 days n they r not even calling me.
Finally my iPhone is dead and they couldn’t repair it. Cheaters n totally unprofessional
