The room was clean, decor was nice, size of room was small though.

I have major complaints with their bedding which was ages old. Towel was again torn from sides. They should replace their mattresses immediately, they're overused.

During my visit, their kitchen had nothing available.

Average rooms - poor services.
Arrogant Valet - Not much space available for parking.

The manager named Ranjeet is so pathetic. He did not cooperate with us at all and gave poor excuses for delaying/not doing his job. Not recommended. Food tastes was not consistent.

Very bad experience, staff is very rude, he tore the paper we signed in front of us saying issme thodi sign karni hoti he, pehle bata dete, polite bata dete, aap nahi ja sakte ye nahi kaar sakte, they simply judged us from external appearance as we were wearing payjamas, very very bad

Very arrogant staff not at all helpful the guy Yash on the Reseption is so rude no sense of talking to women would highly not recommend this hotel I was looking for a month booking. But after seeing this kind of behaviour I did not

Had a great stay at the place. It was just far a night on short visit to Delhi. Rooms are good and spacious. Of course they upgraded my room to a higher category.

Breakfast was ok ok. Could be better.

Towels need change.

Pathetic service.don't have ice cubes don't have chilled water don't have extra towel don't have in room dining service.arrogant staff. We have booked 5 rooms but will never ever do this mistake again.

The first plus point of this place is that it's located in a really peaceful place. Their are other Banquet halls by it's side which sometimes gives the driver a bit of irritation but it's much better.

The valet service is top notch (as per my experience) and they don't demand any tip later on (ik it's not justified). The ambience of the inside will make you sleep like a baby (sorry for such exaggeration: P).

Talking about the hall size (ground floor one), it's sufficient for a gathering of about 120 persons (could be extended to 150).

The washrooms, sitting/waiting area are very well maintained and contains all amenities that one can ask for (basic amenities).

Good place to stay but check your rooms prior as on first day I got room in third floor where whole corridor was smelling like gasoline or some kind of petro product or insecticide. On the next day on request changed room to 5 floor which was pretty comfortable and clean. No mini bar available.

Horrible staff & horrible management & also g.m Mr. Sagar panni is not ability for hotel operations manager. & I will give open challenge to g.m Mr. Panni, good brand hotel main ek associate ke layak BHI Nahi hai panni. Only buttering se Bana hai Sagar.

Booked this place for three nights as had work near the area. Location is good for this hotel. Reached hotel at nearly 1 AM as my flight was delayed so checked in approximately 12 hours from the alloted time. Rooms were clean and the process was pretty straight forward. Uploaded pics for reference. Air conditioning was good with occasional errors being displayed on the console. I had some online meetings to attend I specifically asked hotel to make sure WiFi speed is ample to which they assured there is no problem and receptiom to all rooms is good. Next morning to my surprise the wifi was not working and I had to call reception to make sure by when it will be available. During the meeting I had connection issues and I had to move to mobile network which was far much better than the so called high speed internet facility they provide. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking wland water kept dripping all the time. The level of the floor in the shower area was not properly leveled due to which there was water logging at one end as it was not getting drained.
My return flight was in the evening and requested if I can check out at 3 instead of 12 and I was being told that u will be charged half days rent if you want to stay till 3. Which I refused and they were correct on their part as that were the policies but I was hoping for some consideration as I checked in nearly 12 hours late.

Also hot water was missing. I kept trying all the permutation and combination for different angles but it didn't come.

House keeping staff was courteous.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OK AS THERE WERE FLAWS

Located in Hari Nagar, Golden Tulip Essential is a 3-star hotel with a decent cafe and bar. With fine decor and helpful staff, the hotel is a good place to spend your weekend/trip to Delhi. The rooms are affordable and can be booked through various websites like GoIbibo or directly as well.

Situated at calm and peaceful place, affordable rooms, hygiene level is also maintained so well so overall good hospitality service.

Please do not walk alone at late night outside the hotel because lot robbery cases happen there.
Foreigners should Ignore baggers.
Don't go in the park in the front of the hotel in the late night.

Nearest Metro station - Subhash Nagar (Blue line), hire an e-rickshaw for Rs. 20.
Experience - Not a luxurious hotel but seems so and the staff are very well behaved. Lift is not spacious. You have a conference/seminar hall just behind the reception.

Golden tulip a nice place to stay. I stayed there for 8days, had a memorable tenure, rooms are spacious, all basic amenities available to make stay comfortable, specially the staff hospitality is appreciable would like to thank Sagar and his team well done keep it up. A thx a ton to singer Manmohan ji to keep us entertained during dinner.

Never have hot water.showers are almost Luke warm. Don't visit in the winter and front staff is rude at best. Restaurant staff is pretty good.

Apart from the location and exterior appearance, everything was fine. The rooms were neat and clean.

Average hotel. Elevator took ages to arrive with too many people in the hotel. The food was good. The room was okay, phone wasn't working and charging sockets were clumsy. Overall, not a bad stay but not great either

It is a very good hotel to be in in terms of ambience and service according to the size is discharge it is really good

I was there for the IELTS Speaking Test. The reception and lobby wherein we had our registration was big in that it could accommodate candidates as well as the guests. This means that the hotel is ideal for conducting conferences and other businesses.

The hotel is excellent and service is ok. The halls are also good. Best part is that washrooms are very clean

Good hotel for business meetings also. I went there for my ielts exam. Interview was in one of the hotel rooms. Which i found completely comparable with good hotels. Plus staff is also very hospitable.

They have a restaurant by name of cars tulip which is good. Food was good. So overall good hotel at very reasonable rates.

Nice hotel if you are looking nearby to Delhi cantt really station.
Rooms are of smaller size. But enough for single guest. They have the bar and restaurant. Food is good. Restaurant staff are very good.
