Gold's Gym Dwarka Official

Dear friends!
I am regular member of Gold's Gym janakpuri branch. I went to access to Dawarka's Gold's Gym. When i enter to Gym on reception one guy sited who was very rude. When I ask to access Dwarka Gold'Gym branch then he stopped me access. I asked why will you not allow they said. You can access in one year 14 times by travel pass. After that he connected to his manager. His manager name was Anil. Anil said. If you gold Gym's Gym however I will not allow because this Gold's Gym Frenchies is my private not corporate. He said. You can access one in 14 times only. I took my membership on 16 September 2023. As Anil manager policy I can access Gold's Gym dawarka. Because i used only one time after my new Gold's Gym membership
Friends, I would to like to advice you be careful this kind of scam. Before registration they said different work and after becoming member of Gold's Gold. They make client foolish. So i suggest all you never joined dawarka branch. As manager is not good there

Gold Gym is a very good gym, good equipments and since April of this year I am training with Shushant Kumar.he is a senior personal trainer and excellent professional. I am very satisfied

Excellent experience, good facilities. Trainer sushant is very skillful and experienced. Has a great knowledge of fitness. Really enjoyed training under him. Saw effects very soon. He has a very systematic approach towards achieving fitness.

Bad in condition waste of time wasted money trainer use phn most of the time told spend more money on personal training even they don't knw how to do excercise please dont join ever
They are big frauds

Its waste of money and if I talk about staff or trainer no one is cooperative every one is there for take money yes if girls are doing work out than they are always ready to help and so there faith, so as per my experience dont join dwarka branch gym never

READ BELOW POINTS BEFORE PURCHASING THIS WORST GYM MEMERSHIP.

- Machines and all the equipment are very old. Doesn’t match the standard of gold chain.
- They force their trainers to sell packages to the gym members.
I have purchased their 4 months Personal training session bt after 3 months trainer left the gym (which happens frequently in this gym). When I asked Karan konen to assign new trainer he told me your PT sessions are over because We don’t have any 4 months PT session.

- they don’t have any app where you can track your membership and PT session.

- water leakage on 1st floor during rainy season

- smells allot during summer

Gold’s is just the name now. Nothing like it was used to be before. No concern, punctuality or encouragement for the results one come for.
The water supply is even most unexpectedly unhygienic, as in this video and the owner explained after asking that it was for few days, but no gym members were explained for it beforehand. There is no general coordinator, no one is concerned for any thing except money and after that personal training more money even dance teacher wants to give personal training why? What is the meaning of membership left then? I did not go to the Zumba or dance class after a session of an hour for taking personal dance class. I don’t know what they charge for!
Very disappointing! There was the time when I use to love Gold’s gym for years and years regularly and just for this name and trust I joined this gym as I shifted to Delhi but every Gold’s gym is not the same anymore. Big No forever to Gold’s now.

SHORT ADVICE - DON'T GO FOR IT!

One of my friends joined this gym sometime back and she got a long term feet injury called Plantar Faciitis. She was told by the sales rep Karan Konen that there will be a general trainer available at all times on the floor who'd guide her but that didn't happen.there are some trainers who'd just keep looking at you doing the exercises in wrong forms. Some personal trainers will guide you for 2-3 days in the hopes that you'd pay another hefty amount for personal training. After those 2-3 days, if you don't look convinced, they'll just back off and watch you doing the wrong forms of all the exercises. The worst thing is that the sales rep turns so rude after selling the membership that it becomes hard for you to argue with a disrespectful ill-mannered person like him so she had to quit.and that's why we decided to put honest reviews instead.

The overall customer service experience is disastrous actually since you join a brand like Gold's for quality services and the receptionists there just don't bother about it at all! You can't complain about them to anybody coz they sit there like they are sitting on thrones and give the rudest responses ever.

Really Good Facilities available and Very Supportive Staff. Very Good knowledgeable Fitness Trainers.

I loved the environment and the ambience. Hands down by far the most amazing Gym I have ever been to. Aakash Verma, Chaitanya Dutta and Karan Konen are some of the best trainers you can get in the gym.

One of the Best Gyms in Dwarka, for the serious lifters and legends this is the place to be. Fab Zumba high energy classes for the ones that are not self motivated, spinning classes 45 mins and you are sorted for your cardio and for flexibility we have aerial yoga the only one in Dwarka. And not to mention the bonus of spa area which includes State of Art Sauna & Steam and chill showers.

Best gym experience ever which is highly evident through the amount of change I have been observing all throughout my workout journey. Each member, Mr. Karan, Harshit, Riya and others have been super cooperative.
