I went for service here for my grand i10 petrol which is in showroom condition, thought that i will get better experience compared to hyundai service center, i opted for comprehensive service, and here is my experience-
1) they dont have even basic spare parts in their stock.
2) they top upped blue color coolent in green color coolent.
3) they dont have alignment and washing facility for that they will take your car to outside washing and alignment center, which is time taking process.
4) i opted for fully synthetic engine oil but but they dont have in stock, so they filled semi synthetic oil, although they minus the amount.
5) service buddy was not present their.
6) They will try to add unnessary expenses.
Only gud thing was service buddy Mr Aditya Gill was taking update on phone, although he was not present their.

Price of parts were charged above MRP. High labour charges as they levy separate labour charges on evey item.

Mr Pramod kashyap was very helpful and the service quality is very nice.
