GoMechanic - Shivan Automobiles

Got my Ameo's right rear door dented and painted by Shivan Automobiles and I am really impressed by the work as well as the delivery time, the whole thing took a single day, also the colour of my car isn't easily available at some repair shops so I had my reservations before booking them but after the service I am really happy.

Pathetic service and customer support representive. We have booked a slot for car inspection and they were asking for money to be paid before it. We asked them that we will pay on the spot to the mechanic and they have blocked the slot for us. They kept on transferring the lead to mechanic but none of them have responded to our call. They promised us that the mechanic will reach on time and we decided to reach on the spot after that we tried calling the mechanic and customer support n number of times but we didn't get any response. We have waited for 1 hr on the location after that mechanic picked the call and said that once I will get a call from the company that he has to reach on the location then he will come. Very worst customer support and mechanic response. I would never recommend them for any kind of service. This was for the first time that we thought to check for mechanic on go mechanic. Would not go for their service again.
