First 2 services were great! The cost was clear and reasonable. It was a quick service and great location for work.
I went a 3rd time with a different car which was not yet 12 months old. They were not clear about the cost and charged more than 3000 over what I had previously been paid for a service. They did not explain why these were required on top of the general services, commenting that it was part of the service.

I come here regulary for my car and as you can see from the image my car got absolutely pummelled. Ajay arranged for a pick up truck to take my car to the garage and now it looks like it came straight out from the showroom. These are honest and trustworthy guys who will always provide an amazing service.

I have only positive experiences here. My car is a Endevour and I was told about Insta Car Care from a Ford technician which requires a bit of finesse and I've been servicing it and having minor repairs done here for years. I visited Gomechanic Insta for brakes. They immediately located the problem, showed and explained it to me and proposed the solution. Parts used were OEM ones. The price seems to be very reasonable too (at least, for me). They also showed to me potential future problems with other parts of the vehicle but added that right now it is not urgent to fix them. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. They are affordable, they are accommodating, they are great mechanics, they are understanding. Found this place online through some great reviews. Was a but hesitant to visit just based on some reviews but gave it a shot. Was welcomed right away as i was able to book an appointment online a night before that too for a Sat morning. Sahil & Ajay from Gomechanic were prompt in updating of what needed to be done & what the cost (genuine) would be. I decided to get all 4 brake pads changed as recommended with high quality genuine parts. Was given timely updates, no bs like witnessed at other places. Would highly recommend them if u ever are in need of any auto repairs. Great customer service & very welcoming atmosphere.i've found my to go place for my vehicle care & maintenance, i suggest you try it too & you will feel the same.

I am posting this review after driving my car for almost 30 days. Our Mercedes C200 would not start sometimes in the morning. I approached Mercedes Silver Arrows and after taking their own flimsy time I was given a whopping estimate for which I wasn’t so convinced. They told me I need to get my timing kit, heater core and injector nozzle replaced. The Mercedes dealer's approach was keep on replacing one part after another, hoping this would eventually address the cause of the problem. I thought of taking a second opinion on this since it wasn’t a very major problem while driving. Someone suggested me to visit GOMECHANIC Insta Car Care and I visited them. Infrastructure wise I found it to be not a very great place certainly and after an in-depth diagnostic process, the team at the Insta Car Care uncovered the cause, and fixed the problem.
I was so so happy with the work done, and with the updates we received during the search for the cause of the starting problem. That too at 5% of the cost of what Silver Arrows quoted. What else one can expect. I can finally "trust" my car again, and go places without having to worry about possibly not being able to drive home. And I am posting this review after driving the car for almost 30 days

Excellent place for all your servicings, troubleshooting and repairs. Owner is friendly and sincere while technicians are knowledgeable & have excellent workmanship. Also one of the very few workshops locally that carry Liquimoly Engine Oils. Highly recommended!

My Go to place for my BMW problems. Have been visiting this place since 2018 when I bought my first used vehicle. They have professional team. Mr Bilal is the person I usually go to. They are very good, they know their job very well. Nice and good workshop. They do all BMW models as what I have seen.
Quick turn around time. But I guess a bit expensive compared to other local workshop. But anyways worth it. Keep it up. You guys can visit them for any major or minor works.
I have done AC evaporate change. Engine change on my 525D also water pump change in there workshop

I was impressed with the repair done for my Volvo V40. Excellent diagnosis and repair for a reasonable price. There are not much people who can diagnose Volvo issues at perfection. Minor communication issues were there which I definitely overlook. I will for sure visit again.

Impressed with the approach & clarity by the assigned service manager Mr. Shivam. Even the post service experience was good and minor tweaks were done with welcoming approach. Wheel alignment (which was done by a 3rd party) could have been better though but overall a good experience.

Staffs are very polite and try to make everything transparent with client. Service was quite good.
Why i am giving 4 rating bcz no sooner did i take out my car after service garage my car engine started making harsh sound and indication started blink at dashboard ignition to let me know something is wrong with engine.
I drove back to garage they did scanning and found, plug was not tightly plugged by machanic during service.
They tightly plugged that plug and now its running adorable and smooth. Its been 6days from the service and no complain so far.

I have been an expat in Noida for 10 years working for one of the big automobile majors and I have been a car enthusiast my whole life.

Just wanted to say very happy with this special place which offers great value for money and friendly staff and mechanics. I had a faulty 4X4 X drive system and they allowed me to sit besides my car, arranged the parts and fitted it at short notice! They were busy but a mechanic was with me in the work bay straightaway to start the job.

Problem solved no more warning messages and my X drive system is working flawlessly.

In my 10 years in Delhi NCR I have had bad experiences with garages in Delhi and Noida not taking care of my car, and over charging me. During the Covid-19 lockdown I took it upon myself to learn mechanics, I maintain all my cars, but its great to finally have a trusted garage that I can go to for jobs needing diagnostics and ramps.

I will definitely be back when more work is needed.

Probably the only place I can say wherein all sort of peculiar issues of my car was solved to perfection. Correct diagnosis is their forte and I am writing this after two of my experiences with them has been super satisfactory. Other renowned names like International Auto failed to diagnose my BMW GT issues and misguided me up to the extreme level. Either they were doing it deliberately or they don’t know how to sort it out, no idea. And I was told that there is no other solution to those niggles apart from the solution offered. But I gladly was referred to Insta by someone and all my issues were sorted out with a completely different resolution. Thanks Ajay

Professional work and high quality service. My Car had some electrical issues which was not fixed by the authorized dealer And was fixed by Mr. Ajay and Team. Good Technical Knowledge. Prioritizing and explaining in detail on necessary maintenance & repairs required on the car and doing it with quality.

I had a steering problem where my steering wouldn't go up or down and also the rear window roller blind stopped working. Many different garages told me useless and Guessing information.saying "Oh it could be this or that". Nothing certain.
I then came across Insta Car Care and spoke to their owner Mr Shokeen. He appeared very knowledgeable and reassured me that the car would be fixed. I was given a rough estimate right away and the actual amount charged was half the price of the estimate.
Speed of their service was excellent and he kept me updated on whats app on the status of the car.
If he wanted, he could've charged me extra money but he did not as he was fair and honest.
Absolutely knowledgable place to visit if you own a BMW.

I was desperately looking for a good garage that understand jaguar cars. Found them online and just wow! They fixed the problem that many garages were not able to fix. Last month I visit there for brake repair work for my endeavour, this is my first experience, Before the visit I am little confuse about their work and their price but after the work completed they were giving me a reasonable bill for brake replacement work. Good experienced with a pocket friendly price.

Finally I have found a reliable mechanic in this city. Insta Car Care took excellent care of my vehicle, which badly needed servicing after 2 years, and they made the car like new. The car got a full service, full body denting and painting, and front suspension overhaul.

Throughout the process I was kept informed of costs, estimate was given (and maintained), you could freely walk into the garage to see the work going on, and the staff are very helpful and explain everything to you.

The owner personally attended to my vehicle as well which made me feel like my car is in the best hands. And I found their pricing to be lower than what most other mechanics charge, with no nonsense full explanation given of cost estimates with breakup. The best part about the business is that they genuinely made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I am extremely happy and would reccomend them to everyone.

Pathetic & Torture Experience! Looking for Car Repair or Service then GoMechanic is a Pathetic or Mental torture experience in this market. Firstly they forced you to buy a membership of ₹1350 for 1 year to avail multi-benefits like free pick n drop and some discount on services. Also, I mentioned I need Car service + clutch Motor work (must). I paid ₹1350, then booked a service. Within a few minutes, I received a call saying that your booking is confirmed and will pick up your car tomorrow at 10 am. The next day at noon, I received a call again from the manager saying that we can't arrange it bcz it was too far. Once I drive to the garage then the advisor says we can't repair or change the clutch motor.

No parts - No Resolution - No Car Inspection - Just Wasting Time/Fuel. Even they removed my Review.

I had given my bmw 5 series for ecm repair which they did and so far I did not faced any problem regarding the same. Mr Shokeen treated me and my car professionally and came to every rescue when ever need, got his support everytime and timely service was given.for luxury cars one should definitely pay a visit.

Go mechanic service is worst
My honda civic car wracked by gomechanic workers they are not even skilled
They keep bragging about there skills but they are highly untrained they keep charging you and at the end of there service they bring huge amount of bill and that bill is totally not justify the work what they charging for. They took my car for 21 days in there workshop but they are not able to fix my car.
Also be aware don’t bring your car to gomechanic workshop (GoMechanic luxe-insta car care, pashchim vihar) owner (ajay Shokeen) is very abusive.

Repeatedly getting repair work of my Mercedes E200, Altis and CRV from Insta Motors since last 4 years.the service quality and commitment of staff is extremely professional and gives the desired output everytime in reasonable price…

Excellent service provided, having good problem detecting and giving optimum problem solution abilities.
My long on going noise problem and other engine issues was resolved here in this expert car service which was not solved in authorised service station.

After visiting various other mechanics and service centres I can say that Insta Car Care is going to be my permanent centre for cars. My Mercedes e class had a problem of noise and knocking and no one could know what the problem was. Ajay the owner personally takes care of the fault finding and is an expert from Germany in these type of cars. Feels good to finally have a knowledgeable person handling your cars instead of other mechanics who are shooting in the dark.
Secondly they put in genuine authorised parts and not the aftermarket stuff one finds in the market. It's slightly more expensive than the third party parts but far cheaper than the price quoted by the company workshops. They also give you a warranty for 6 months on the work done.
