Good service

Pet smell in entrance corridor and some damages in common area. As per price it's average for location.

Most important thing that every hostel chain needs to keep in mind is to please make a barrier for a age limit (minimum 18 to maximum 40-50) people that can be in dormitories as for profits they do allow old aged people and they are a big problem for youngsters like us as they do keep making noises, snoring in night, keep on talking and many more things

Go stop should be renamed as "Stop Going to Go-Stop". The rooms are full of mosquitoes, wi-fi is always low. Power goes off whole day so your AC doesn't work, only charging and basic light works. Once you pay in advance there is no chance of refund no matter what. The Go - stops team didn't help us when we were having trouble commuting around Srinagar. There were restrictions in moving on outskirts of Srinagar because of government guidelines. We tried to adjust our booking for one day (to credit in our go stop account so that we can use it somewhere in other go stop some other time in future) but they refused to do so. It is too expensive plus it doesn't not help a little. Don't go to this hostel you will regret. It is getting so expensive that in that much amount you can get a room in a proper hotel where staff actually helps.

A clean, comfortable and smooth experience.not to mention convenient, for the nearest metro is right outside the door. Even for someone who doesn't travel much the experience was butter smooth my entire stay.
A reliable option through and through.

All the people in my room snore like crazy for god knows what reason. I have earplugs but they are completely useless when 5 people are snoring loudly all together. Most of the people are not young here, there is a big amount of man over 50.
Also, a lot of people check in at night and the staff turns on the brightest light of them all (there are 4 different lights in each room), waking up everyone everytime. (I am not the first person pointing this out)
The location of the hostel is very close to old Delhi, probably not the safest and cleanest area of the city but it’s really central to the old town and you should know what you get if you choose to stay there.
The amenities and common areas are really nice, but beds don’t have curtains and the bathrooms are not the best.

The location of this property, right outside exit three of the Delhi Gate subway, is by far its greatest asset. In addition to 9 individual rooms, it provides 9 dorm rooms. On request, food is provided, but it's not very tasty. Given the cost, we anticipate better amenities. At times, it seems cramped. Sometimes there is no bucket in the bathroom or the geyser is not working. Because check-in is at 1 pm, if you arrive in the morning you are made to wait until noon. The employees are polite. I've made a lot of friends while I've been here. 3 out of 5.

I HAD A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE SINCE THEY ARE VERY RIGID AND NON COORPORATIVE. I BOOKED MY STAY 2 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVELING BUT DUE TO HEAVY RAINS OUR TRAIN GOT CANCELLED, THEY REFUSED TO UNDERSTAND OR GIVE ANY SORT OF REFUND AND WERE ARGUING. THEY HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY OF 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING, HOW DO I CANCEL 7 DAYS BEFORE WHEN I MADE THE BOOKING 2 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP? THIS IS A SCAM! I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS AGAIN.

It's a good value for money kinda stay. Just near the gate no. 3 of Delhi gate metro station, so the accessibility to metro is excellent.

Go stops is a fantastic place to stay. Very comfortable beds, neat and clean rooms and washrooms. The crowd around is all youngsters. If you are a bachelor or planning to stay with a few friends it is one of the best places to stay in Delhi. You will love the vibe of the place! Go stops has a big common rooms with some fun games which you can play with your friends! The staff is courteous and a special mention to Ankit and his co-workers for always being so warm and kind! Overall a great place to stay.

GoSTOPS delhi is located at a very convenient location near the Delhi Gate metro station on the main road famously known as Asaf Ali road.
The staff is very helpful and the room condition is average which can be improved in terms of cleanliness and amenities.

Biggest advantage of it is the location which is just 1.5 Kms away from the famous chandni chowk.

They also have an 24x7 in house canteen which serves food

Overall, it is very good for a hostel.

Place is fine with limited common area and conjusted space. Room was fine. Best for budget concerned people. Budget friendly! Rishikesh far better than this.

dipanshi she is very helpful I told him that I will get toothpaste in the hotel she said no mam it's not possible you can buy from the local market I said not to purchase me just want it for now if it is possible then arrange it she said I have my personal if you want you can use it she shared me his toothpaste guy's toothpaste is a small thing but helping like this is a big deal no one staff thinks so much for the guest

Part of the GoStops chain the hostel is conveniently located on purple line Delhi gate metro station, a short ride from New Delhi railway station about 2km and not far from the Lal Qila. Metro is station is barely 10 steps from the hostel gate and the amenities are good.
A complimentary breakfast could be added, a little pricier compared to Paharganj hostels probably it could be a more energy efficient property.my corridor had 47 LED lights?

Shocking experience they had wifi service but non of from my team is going to access because of by name of who register that guy only access to internet, this info is given by service desk guy.we try hard for 1 hr but no hopes

Gostops will provide you cloak room, common room, Dormitory room and private rooms too. There is courtyard with beautiful ambience. Servvice us good. And reasonable too. You can have a hold of few hours here if you are not there to stay a night.

Worst Experience. Good for those who are going with friends and need bunker beds. Couples.

I requested them that my wife is not well, can you help me get just 30 min. Or 1 hour check-in. But instead they gave rooms to other guests even after requesting. We had to wait for checkin in their common room.

-: no proper lighting in room
-: even their room lights are deteriorated.
-: they don't have a ceiling fan in room, instead they use a wall fan which is not sufficient for the whole room
-: Toilets are very compact, smelly, unhygienic and with no proper drainage

-: Common area is clean are spacious️

So i believe cons have more weightage over pros.

Choose wisely.

EDIT: I went here for the second time and many things have changed.

Dorms (4 seater) are good and spacious but they no long provide the unlock key, hence the room remains open 24/7, however you can put your stuff in the locker. The locker key is given at the time of check-in.

Most importantly, they no longer offer free unlimited breakfast in mornings. The kitchen at the ground floor, which could be used by anyone to make lunch/dinner for themselves, has now been converted into a mini restaurant. So, you can order from their menu but can no longer make food for yourself. There is microwave, refrigerator and cutlery available in the common room for common use.

The common room, where all people meet to have fun and socialize, has lesser games. It still has foosball and chess, but the coffeebooks and many other game sets have disappeared. It's now more like a work station, where everyone comes and sits with their laptops.

And the smell of pets can be mildly bothersome for some people.

INITIAL REVIEW:
The room, 4 seater dorm, was good. It came with a locker for each room mate and an attached bathroom. They provide you a card which can unlock the door and it automatically locks itself when it is shut from outside.

On the ground floor there is a community kitchen which provides free unlimited breakfast in the morning (8-10 AM). But if you want to have lunch and dinner as well, you must get the ingredients and cook by yourself. They have pans, pots, one induction stove and other utensils in the kitchen (for common use).

On the first floor, there is a common room which has a projector for watching movies/TV shows. It also has a snooker board, a foosball and many indoor game sets (chess, Monopoly, zenga etc.) There is a mini library as well which has old magazines and coffeebooks and few novels. The room's decorations make it a very beautiful space for interaction and making friends. They even have 5 pets (2 cats + 3 dogs) whom you can pet anytime.

I had a great time there. Met people from different countries and if it were possible, I would've stayed there for some more time.

Room was good, well maintained. They are observing strict regulation regarding covid norms which the best thing at this time. Staff was very helpful. They serve homely food. I just had one concern that we were made to wait very long for check in as their timing is from 1PM. So keep that in mind when you book a room there. But they have a beautiful common area to wait where one can keep them busy with various activities. They have a common wash room and a clock room too for the guest to keep their luggage. Location wise we find it little difficult to find the place.

Little costly that other hostels but it has AC for the nights. And the receptionists are very polite and helpful. Location is good, just opposite to the Delhi gate metro station (exit 3). Jama masjid is 15 minutes walk from this hostel.

The best thing about this place is the proximity with the metro. It is located just on the right of delhi gate metro exit 3. Unfortunately during my stay, ghey had no hot water for shower, the electronic keys were not working and the place has a pungent smell at times. But the beds are really comfortable and I'd say it's a safe and cozy place for girls too.

Although the management seemed good it was a cramped up space with small rooms and shady neighborhood. The security guard suggested us to not "go too far in any direction at night unless you want to get robbed".
I guess this is what the north delhi experience is all about but overall sort-of shady so 2 stars.

Staff is helpful but the tag workation is not suitable as there is one common place to work and enjoy (Chill) at the same time.
You cannot concentrate or take corporate calls.
My suggestion would be if you can create a separate work space where only work is allowed would be great.

This place is such a treat for backpackers and for even those who wants to stay for a longer period of time or are just working from home.

Very easy metro connectivity.its very close by Delhi Gate Metro Station gate no 03. A most happening place, positive vibes, cool and clean dormitories, try their lemon tea once. A lay down area is phenomenal. If you are a pet lover you will admire the arrangements for Dogs at the entrance itself. Over all a very good place. Please do visit once.

Really nice for travellers who are looking for a few days of stay and want to go easy on their wallet. The common space is really fun and the rooms are comfortable. They also have dogs and a cat: 3
They have a 24×7 small kitchen though I haven't tried anything from it.

The gostops culture is all eff'ed up now in gostops 2.0.
No open kitchen, and old kitchen is a cafe that sells frozen food and caffeine.
Had a burger today which had the worst patty ever that was too old. I paid ₹5 for 2 forks yesterday and today they charged me ₹10 for the same.
Lot of new things in the name of cost cutting that f'ed up the old gostops culture.
The employees and workers are not at all friendly or humble as they were before.

One of the best hostels for backpackers in Delhi and location is quite accessing and so close to metro station, service was impressive, pets are pretty familiar with guests, in house food services are good.

It’s been a good stay. The management and staff is helpful. A good chilled out vibe. Common areas are well kept and vibrant. The rooms could be a little bit better in terms of overall cleanliness and maintenance. The pets always welcome you with their strange sleeping positions. The food is available all day night and is decent enough.

Would recommend to people looking for cheap stays but without compromising the basics.

It's good. Very strategically located outside a Metro Gate and Bus Stop which enables you to get to Transport hubs and Tourist hotspots of Delhi.

Everything is good from washrooms to linen. One drawback is that no cutains can lead to lot of discomfort caused by roommates.

Food is a big disappointment but kitchen is well equipped and commom room is kinda cool. Terrace can be renovated into a much better setting.

U have to depend upon their menu or local un-hygienic street food.access to kitchen for guest is not there.u cannot make coffee, tea, breadtoast at your own even if you're staying for long duration. They should re consider this.

Hygeine- There are lot of mosquitoes in hostel premises mainly in courtyard and mosquitoes enters to your room but if you complain about it response from the manager is 'macharr to rahenge wo Kahi nahi jaenge uska ham kuch nhi kar sakte'

Had pretty good, tidy & Pleasant stay and very helpful staff in this hostel. The tea prepared here was yumm and the common area was quite entertaining. This hostel is situated right next to the Delhi gate metro station and quite convenient in terms of transportation, Will surely visit again!

It was good stay in go Stop. Staff of hostel was friendly and cooperative. You can easily meet people from same mind like traveler mind. And the location us also good. Just infrnt of Delhi gate metro station. So u don't have to take any rikshaw or any transport.just exit from gate number 3. Environment of hostel is also good. There is common area and smoking zone is also there.so u don't have to worry for anything.and yes this hostel is pocket friendly.

A lot of things have changed since my last visit in 2019.
The Kitchen was commonly open for anyone to cook, now it's a cafe, you can't even use the refrigerator for storing your items. They made half of the kitchen as reception. This was not the gostops culture, you could have considered increasing the rate of rooms and dorms, will be happy to pay more for the old experience, but please don't screw up the stops culture.
The best position for Cafe was next to the common area and converting the kitchen to cafe was a bad move.
Hope we will get the old gostops experience soon.

Terrific cleanliness and a spot on location, ishika and bp singh as hosts and staff were very helpful! The crowd was lit too, and the vibe was real different although only stayed for 2 days in delhi

If you are looking for a halt stay or 1-2 days cheap hotel go with it.but in case if you are looking for a proper hostel for longer stay.its not a hostel anymore
its filled with mosquitoes, rude manager,
pathetic food they serve reheated frozen food which is not healthy but pricey.nearby street food are also not good.swiggy, zomato are available but not a viable option for long stay 2-3 times meal.unlike any other hostel you cannot use kitcken or pantry to cook at your own, not even for a basic stuff.thats why its not a hostel anymore but a cheap hotel with bunk beds.at common area there are two or three games chess, zenga, foose ball table.and a projector which never works.they should add more games.but ok for 1-2 days stay.

Pankaj and Pallavi are so hospitable. As cliche as this sounds, when I got here is as if I stepped into my own "Exotic Marigold Hotel" I can see his and his wifes vision and I really like it. It used to be the President hotel, run by clarion, I believe. Pankaj and his wife have done an exceptional job getting the place ready. My humbled opinion, is if you want a true delhi experience with wonderful and genuine people, you really want to be here. Pankaj always greets us with a smile and has given my friend Mark and I so many awesome suggestions for dining and things to do around here, it is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Stops Delhi for an authentic experience. You won't be sorry.

The place is good. You have all the amenities and quite economical as well.
The common area in the hostel is fun with lots of stuffs like small pool table, Foosball etc. The location of the hostel is a big plus.

Great location, 20m from metro stop. Superb hostel ambience. Rooms can be a tad better, but excellent value for money in Delhi.
