Experiencing India not only involves seeing its cities and monuments, but also experiencing its cousins and people.having a cooking class with Jyoti enables you to do that at a reasonable price and in a extremely competent and friendly way. What makes the course special is not just her teaching and knowledge, but also her hospitality and willingness to tailor her class to your desire. We had an amazing time while cooking and learning, as well as while having dinner all together afterwards. I cannot recommend this enough, really, an experience worth trying even if you are not a navigated cook.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience celebrating her birthday with Gourmet Desire. Jyoti was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge about Indian cooking to share with us. We both love Indian food and wanted to learn the authentic way to use spices to create complex flavours and a true taste of India. We learned so much during our experience and even better was to eat our labour at the end. Jyoti and her son made my wife’s birthday truly and special and we have created memories to treasure for a life time.

The Cooking class was one of the highlights of our Delhi tour! We can totally recommend it:). Thank you very much.

It has been wonderful experience, we tasted the real india both from a culinary and a cultural point of view.this is exactly what we were looking for! Thanks to her perfect English, Jyoti guides you in an immersive hands on cooking lesson.she taught us lot of recipes together with lot of advices, the ones coming from years of experience that you don't find in books. Everything was simply delicious, probably the best indian meal we had during our trip.
In addition, the visit to the spice market has been very interesting as we had a glimpse of life in delhi

Amazing experience with an extremely nice host. Learned a lot about Indian spices and cooking. The meal at the end was delicious. Will highly recommend this as a top trip when visiting Delhi.

We really enjoyed our cooking lesson with Jyoti, she managed to teach us more dishes than we expected and they all were delicious!
We did not have time to buy some spices to carry back home since we were traveling the following day and she arranged a delivery to the house so we got everything.
She is also aware of Ayurvedic related to food and spices so you will get lot of knowledge about India.
