Worst experiance i have ever had with GB pant

paitent was admitted on 22nd Sept 23 in gb pant suffring from serious heart blockage problem but still not treated it seems doctor Sanjay 'katuria'is not intrested in treatment.we complainet with Neeraj aggarwal (Hospital director) on 26th but still paitent is not treated.they call paitent 4 times in a week to oprate and ask nothing to eat to 71 year old paitent and after their shift time they said our shift is over come next day.this is tottaly pathetic experiance.thanks kejriwal

Very bad experience my brother under the observation of dr. Naqvi he is not the good dr.he has do my brother bypass surgery and he is no more.on 26 September 2023 he has do operation and on 27 September 2023 night 8 pm he declared that he is no more.he takes around 20 units of blood.says that blood is flowing.

People get in line early morning (4am), gate opens at 7am, and registration is done after hours of waiting.

Most of the ward nursing staff are rude and they are there for their for completing their hours and provide medicine prescribe by the doctor, not able to setup canula.and they do not communicate with each other about the patients.doctors of neuro are not as much capable for their patients, they perform their duty to handover the patients to the ventilator, then they starting the file work and reference game with LNJP.
Only x ray and blood test can happen with ventilator patient, i lost my mom there due to negligence of the staff, it's just a practical theatre for the student. Even ventilator patient has to wait for the blood.

D-240 office boy maybe his name is Rahul has very bad manners. He is not doing his job honestly. He hold files in his hand for bribe and doctors also may be with him because they are just giving appointment for unworthy reasons. There is no way to help people from these type of evils who are taking banefits of people's pooarty.

Doing a favor by giving a star, worst service ever I've seen in my life, all the staff are very rudey behave with public they need some special treatment and specialized training of public dealing (especially security guards) very currupted staff they have and take so much time they register only 30-40 patients per day, my father is suffering from very critical condition but these people take so much time.
Last but not least, i see their sanitation I don't think they have sanitation staff, public utilities are in very worst condition, broken water cooler and many more.

Meri mother ka heart operation hua tha yha unhone 2 mnth bad ki date thi beechme vo mikul theek the operation k bad pta ni kya hua bed se uthe ni 10 din me expired hgye dctr subodh bole phle lungs me infection h fr bola kidney me pta ni kya treatment kia bc hmari toh life chli gyi m kbi kisi ko recommend ni kruga yha?

Operation not totally free.
They ask patient party to buy all the kits use in operation even surgical masks. Patient party has to pay the cost of any device will be implanted in the operation, like they are charging 40,000 to 50,000 thousand for 1 metal valve.

This hospital saves at least 25 lives everyday only in Cardiology. God bless to the doctors and all the staff members. They are very hard working. Dr Mohit Gupta is a blessing to us. He is great human being, we are honoured to have him in our lives.

I went to the counter just for the stamp but the guard here was very rude. I was with my mother she is visually disabled thats why i told the people to whom i was next to stand.but guard told the receptionist that i am not in the queque.she was very rude.its fine if they are doin job in govt hospital but they should understand the people point of view.

The Foundation stone of Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital was laid in October 1961 and was commissioned by the then Prime Minister late Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru on 30th April 1964. From a very humble beginning with 229 beds, it has expended to currently over 700 beds (714 beds). Today it is a internationally recognized tertiary care institution for Heart, Brain and Gastrointestinal and Psychiatic disorders. It offers super specialty treatment to about 3 lac patients in the OPD and almost 15,000 patients in General and Private wards every year.

It is one of the reputed centre for post-doctoral teaching and training and is recognized for many path breaking research. The Institution has a unique recognition by both Medical Council of India and University Grants Commission as an independent post graduate College affiliated to Delhi University.  The institution offers post-doctoral D. I had diagnosis of Carcinoma Lower 1/3rd Esophagus with HTN (Cancer in my food pipe). The Surgery was done through MIE technique by the Prof. Dr. Anil Agarwal ji (Head of Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery) Team in March'2019. It was an excellent work done by the Entire Team, Specially a great thanks and salute to Prof. Dr. Amit Zaved, SR. Dr. Shashi Kiran, SR Dr. Ganesh, Sr Dr. Naveen and all their team staff members. I was admitted in General Ward, but, the treatment was given to the me was so unremarkable. Thanks again to all team members for such a excellent Job.

Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital is one of the oldest government hospitals which was established in 1964 by Jawahar Lal Nehru.
It is considered to be the best in Neurology and Cardiology treatment.
The Doctors are really good, cooperative and intelligent. The staff is good too.
The hospital has good facilities and the doctors keep on rounds.
Only dearth is of MRI machine, which is not available in the hospital but for that, patients are taken to LNJP Hospital, through connected passageway.
It is a good hospital.

I have made the treatment of my father-in-law in this hospital, good hospital, the cost has come down too.

Senior citizn pations are waiting on the floor in so cold floor.sitting chairs r not available for waiting pations.guard sit on chair but all seniors citizn pations sitting on cold floor for ingogarafy tests.

Went to look for a distant relative who just had a heart attack and then
1. I had to bring water bottle from outside to give medicine to patient.
2. Went to 6th floor cath lab, staff is so insensitive there.one staff member started opening cartoon of bottles (the ones like glucose bottles, but not confirmed which bottle) on the patient bed.asking patient (emergency case heart attack) to move aside and give space to keep them.
I dint say anything.just asked from reception from other staff member that is it casual to do it like this.then
Their ego got hurt.and my patient is not bieng treated (had come for immediate angiography).
We came on 6th floor at 1.30pm and its 3.30pm.
*Other patients which were came later and doesn't seem to be emergency cases were bieng treated as usual and my patient was on hold for no other reason.

Please director look into it.someone's life is more precious than other's ego

No doubt the hospital is good.but one thing I seriously disliked was the staff there. I went there on the first floor for blood test and they took the blood sample from me. I asked when to come for the blood report to doctor, she didn't told me n called someone called meena who was the staff there to take me out.seriously the director should take actions against such staff.since I was wearing a white cap on my head I guess that's the reason of their behavior.
