Goyal MRI & Diagnostic Centre

The man on the reception named Vikash Yadav is very rude and misbehaved with me. He doesnt understand its a diagonostic centre amd people come here for some emergency. He speaks in filthy language and the management is worthless. There reports are never on time and when u enquire about it they will yell at you. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT HERE.

Very unprofessional and rude they need to learn some manners specifically the guy sitting in counter and X ray Lab.no need to go here Opt “Saksham” Instead of this Trash GOYAL MRI, i wish i can Rate 0 star but unfortunately i have to give them 1 Rating

Came here many times with my mom for check up, a little bit rush but service is good. Reports are accurate and staff is polite, floor manager Sandeep relly helpful.

Best diagnostic centre the staff is so cooperative especially reception and lab staff are well behaved I must recommend to come and visit atleast once for the wonderful experience of diagnosis

This Diagnostic centre is terrible. Here with my mom i had waited for 6 hours, for MRI even after appointment no one is working professionally, they are professional only at the time of payment, in 6 hours when ever I ask for how much more time, they just say 10 mints and you are the next patient but adding one by one of the basis of their payment and status this is completely ridiculous never wants to back to this center again other hospitals are much better in same price don't ever came here again receptionist is too rude she don't have manners to speak at all if there is any negative stat scheme i will given -100 to them

The old lady at reception is a complete egomaniac and arrogant. The time you talk to her you.you can feel her negative thoughts and energy.
She is so bad and rude that I felt like having headache of migrain. She made my day like having loan process day-1 in SBI without help. So Goyal sir please remove this depression from the lobby. And people who visit her have extra patience. Coz she doesn't have any mercy.

I visit the Diagnostics center last week for my mother's MRI Test so the place was so good and the reception staff was attending very well.there was one of lady staff doing good work and the other staff are also well behavior they guide properly all facility of this lab are too good.

Everything in this Lab is Very good specially Lab Staff Mr. Nasir behaviour and his expertise of taken Blood is very excellent. All the best

Nobody pic phones here, seems they are quite unprofessional, it's been almost five times I tried between 8AM to 8: 20AM, no or dead response.
Hence don't waste your time.

One of the worst service experience appointment @11: 30 am still waiting outside without no clue how time it would take. Not gonna recommend this to anyone.please delivery service what your charging for.

Miss Management due to staff, Staff is working on the front desk has no scene of talk, if you are going for MRI you must have at least 5 hours to waste because they have some of agents to carry the patents & they will prefer them first normal customer without agent will have to wait.its a private but due to rush you will be tarted as a govt hospital

Very pathetic service that I can ever met. We had a very bad experience. The staff members are not cooperative at all. They had called us saying that they will free us within 30-45 minutes but they took around 3 hrs.and when we asked them, they didn't find it important to answer.

Guys before going there, please make sure that they give u preference as per your appointment.
They are bloody narrow minded people who can even sell their soul for the sake of money.
If you have money to waist then only visit.

Very worst, staff are given number by back door. I appoint at 2: 15 but waiting for MRI about 4hours. Staff given number with taking some.
