I've been a long-time customer of Goyalsons, but I've noticed they sell branded items with minor defects. You see these defects while using them.
Unfortunately, some staff members are rude and make inappropriate comments about ladies. The manager doesn't handle complaints well and lacks knowledge of customer relationships, often responding with interrogations rather than empathy. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.
Goyal Sons used to be really good. But now the way the staff treats its customers has really deteriorated. Especially this one specific billing female staff, from the first floor, who kept on ignoring us which was frustratingly very rude. In order to complain, the staff wasn't even wearing the name tag. With the increasing customer crowd, they are clearly short staffed and unorganised too.

This is the oldest in my shopping diary since early 90s as i remember. It was a small shop in the basement rendering woolen cloths at that time. I bought a green coloured sweater at that time. That was fabulous in quality. Now, this has become over the years a big brand having around 5 locations over Delhi. They are having now one stop solution for all your needs and almost having all brands ranging from Levi's to Benetton and many more at very good and reasonable price. I always do my shopping, here without any hassle. I m very old member of their club since starting of their membership. They also caters good amount of end of season discount upto 50% with good stuffs. There is lot to write about this establishment, which I have seen growing. All in all, everything goes well. There are ifs and buts also there, three years earlier, they started using local brands and some nonfriendly policies when stopped shopping there, but now they are on right track in view of customer care and user friendly. I feel overall, they have diminished their market punch. I remember the lines for shopping and bill payment. Corona has affected all over the world. They are also part of it. I wish they gain their market punch again. Best of luck.
Wide variety of products which easily attract customers, you could see many brands under one roof. You don't need to go different shops for shopping. One shop for all family members. I prefer that shop only for branded clothing?
No one can come out empty handed from there something for everyone, mostly deals in branded goods, good management helping staff nice place to visit for family shopping
Very very bad shop in matter to change or exchange material within 6 days. Always keep" SALE " 8 months in 12 months and talk of policy. And have proud that i have 1500 customer. If one customer do not visit or purchase donot effect on my shop. Thanks for your this proud. You take sometime more to full PROUD. Lage raho.
Please don't buy anything from them, They do not sell items on MRP instead they put Price Stickers on them, Yesterday I buy a Jeans from them they sold the jeans for 2599 But when I returned Home and check it online i saw the price was 1449. By chance if you Planed to buy something from them Get the Billing done and check the bill manually because i was charged 200 extra and i asked them they said Our computer has generated the bill its not wrong, Even one their staff check my bill manually he also found a difference of 200 but they don't accept their mistake. Please keep in mind all these things 1. Price tag (buy only on MRP not on the price pasted on their stickers). 2. Manual bill checking.
Very poor quality products, silly incharge like mr.vinay, poor quality shirts, colour changes on putting perfume, better to buy from street hauker, no one in the outlet listen the customer voice, no replacement of my shirt, very pathetic, poor, please do not waste ur valuable money at Goyal son outlet
Pathetic administration.customer care executive s are the boss n exchange of any goods is so troublesome.please improve the admin.lot of people shows they are working but no one is at their place on time.billing.gr system everything is chaotic.specially the garment section is disaster.good for kitchen stuff.hats off to the guards, who top the list of good for nothing category. I dropped in btw to change a gift my sister got from Goyal sons and it took 15 minutes to make a GR when the showroom was not even crowded.and most importantly staffs told me owners hardly care and is administered by some managers.
