Cost is high as compared to there another showroom in uttam nagar store on th same products like sal on winter garment they offer on men's jackets is 40% but in uttam nagar store they are offering discount of 50% on same articles

Family store for ready-made clothing. Great quality. Area is small as compared to their other stores. Parking is an issue, especially for four wheelers.

My relatives purchased a jacket for me. No one told them that the item could not be changed due to clearance sale. Now, they are refusing to change and saying that no exchange policy is mentioned on the bill, which will only be prepared once the items have already been bought. And the manager is extremely arrogant and rude. The manager tried to confirm from some other customer that whether she was told that any items couldn't be changed. She also responded that she had not been told about it. Still, the manager did not replace my article even though i wanted to change with the exact same item.
I have been purchasing items from a long time here, but I will not go again in this pathetic place.

Best Quality With Very Reasonable Price.

As per public opinion one of the best shop chain for garments in West Delhi. But according to my opinion they providing most of the out dated products of lot in factories. But it's worthy. A little bit customer compromise in quality due to cheap. Appart from all the things they are very bad in handling staff. Staffs are very tired due to only one shift 10 am -10 pm duty timings.

They have very gud variety and branded clothes bt rates are high
They should work on their rates so more ppl can come

Although i never write any bad review for anyone. But the staff of tilak nagar goyal son's make me feel to write about the same. I buy today one shrug from goyal son's when i go home i checked their is one default. I know there is no refund policy and i just go to goyal son's to tell that i get the defaulted product not to return item as i like the product so much. But the employee name Santosh just said that the default created by me on the product. Like i go home distroy the product then i buy the same colour material to stitch the same then i come to get to know them that i got defaulted product from the shop. I mean seriously? He don't know how to talk to customer at all. I saw that he misbehaved with other customers also in the afternoon. He just blamed me for that. Although nothing Going to happen with one customer but i assure that this is my last vist to goyal son's for sure.

It's actually a good place for shopping kids wears especially as lot of variety and designs available with good quality and average price in whole near by market.

I loved this shop, not only they have good quality clothes at reasonable prices but there are also so many varieties to choose from. I bought 2 jaggings and 1 bell bottom j
Pants from this place. There are also clothes in different sizes, if people would like to go for larger sizes then they also have some options to choose from which is definitely a plus point in my thinking.

My wife bought clothes but there was size issue and the shopkeeper is not changing the size at all. Once they sell the cloth they didnt even bother to fulfill the customer satisfaction. Biggest disapointment and having fake brand clothes. The manager said "Sir, we have written in the corner there, that no exchange and no refund"

Staff is very rude we went for change the kurta because of small size. While the purchasing He said you can change any time. Bt when we reach there. Person who are sitting on cash Counter. He said we will not change in any cost or used abused language with ladies customer. I'll suggest to all don't go goyalsons at Tilak Nagar it's fake. And illiterate staff is there. Even he was insulting the the other branches.

Good shopping place for clothing and has good variety. Cost is little high but you can shop clothes for entire family from single place.
