Uncooperative people, smelling shop, non userfriendly policies. Makes the buyer feel as if he has come to trouble them. They have a high headed attitude. No effort is done to explain products and sell them. The approach is take it or leave it, we do not care

I wished to give it 1 star. But going to their shop and buying is almost a normal experience so that's why 2.1. Their home delivery service sucks. 10 out of 10 times they need to be called at least 6 times to make them deliver it, otherwise they may end up delivering it the next day. They lie and say they'll deliver in 30-45 minutes to not lose customers, when they know they will take at least 1.5-2 hours, at times 4 hours too (After repeated calls).
2. Their chicken below Rs. 300/- is really bad and they try to convince a new customer by saying it's all the same.
3. After long waiting time they even manage to deliver you the wrong order, and since it's already very late the customer is left with no choice but to have what they've got.

A great chain of stores. This is the best for people who love meat but find it difficult to watch the killing. A welcome break from dingy, dirty meat shops full of blood and flies.
Clean, fresh meat, neatly chopped according to your requirement. Also, they have most of the condiments you might need to prepare your meat dish. I don't know if the frozen cooked food items are good or not, but they do have a large variety.
The prices are slightly higher than otjer local shops but it's worth it.
