Parking issues are all over Delhi, here also, although we had Valet, food was also good and the place was very much clean including washrooms.

Cheap, rude and impolite staff. Especially Mr Siddarth and Mr Gosai. Don't even think of booking this Banquet otherwise they will surely spoil your celebration mood. When you will go for booking and enquiry they will be so polite and humble that you will think they are really gentlemen but when you will actually book their Banquet then they will show you their real ugly dirty face. Threats and blackmailing for more money in the name of extra plates right infront of the guests, they will insult and humiliated you. The review is based on personal experience, so book at you own risk. WiLL NEVER BOOK IT AGAIN Won't To ANYONE.

Worst banquet I've ever seen. I visited there twice for family wedding functions.they turned off the DJ, stopped the catering and switched of lights and AC when all the guests were still there. They don't have a little courtesy to wait for the guests to leave.and the food was also horrible.not at all recommended.don't waste your money here.

One of the worst banquet in Mayapuri Banquet.they always focus on money instead of hospitality. Bad behaviour staff.floor managers.

All times serve cool food and they has been theft around 20-25 booking amount of booked function during lockdown and not ready to adjust the amount in another function.even ask to take any action what customer can take!

If ur plate count increase during function then they will take money first before to serve food. Also food taste is not good.old ambience and decorations.

They self call the police if client is not taking Bar license for alcohol and taking hard drink out side the banquet!

Don't go there for any booking!

It is quite a spacious place. It is located just aside the road so it is quite easily visible. There is no parking issue. Valet parking is also available.

Food quality is very very good, one of the best places I ever ate in banquets, I must say. They have a lot of variety in the food. The chat, snacks and main course, all were very tasty and delicious. They also have a lot of variety in desserts.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall this is very good place for any function from small to large gathering.

Reducing one star due to lack of parking space. However, they do provide valet services. Food is good.

It's a beautiful, huge banquet in Mayapuri for gathering of around 100-150 people.

Very sad experience mr m s Negi manger asked a pain killer for a friend he asked money not an issue but matter was just ₹ 10/- 1/2 tabs what a great management / hospitality

No parking space you have to park vehicles on road. My car also parked by valet parking after function when i saw the car it was engaged from the front side very bad experience

Lovely banquet hall. Looks posh and their service was excellent. The catering had a wide variety and was easy on the tastebuds too. Definitely a good choice.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Management intentionally broke covid protocols during the event. They clearly said either bring approximately 300 guests to the event or forget about 1.7 lakh deposit if we want to call in 100 guests (as per covid restrictions).

Food quality was below expectations. Valet parking was another mess, they didn’t allow grooms car to be parked on premises. We were made to park our car close to 200m away from the venue.

All in all, I will rate Green Lounge Premium Banquets lowest in the Mayapuri Area. My recommendation is to consider other banquets in area as other banquets are reasonably priced and also fair in dealing with clients. I have visited all the banquets in Mayapuri but experience with Green Lounge Banquets was very bad and will neither book this venue in future nor will recommend it to my friends and family.

I have done the booking at this banquet but due to covid lockdown have to extend the dates now they are clearly saying that the advance money we have given is gone you have to give more money & bring atleast 300 guests to have this deal done.

Very bad experiance of booking this is the visiting card of there manager which clearly denied to compromise in this situation.

Never book this banquet as they will definitely ruined your function also they dont have there on kitchen they doing the catering from outside.

Absolutely great place to be in for celebrating a function. The staff members are extremely helpful and organised. Overall, the atmosphere here is quite vibrant and enthusiastic. Special thanks to Mr. Siddharth Kapoor and his team for their cooperation.

Had an awesome experience at Green Lounge Banquets. The banquet was really great. The place was beautiful and the food was good. The staff was very polite and professional. And the most important thing was that they were following to social distancing norms really very well.

Terrible food almost had to take pain killers to sleep, old glasses and few plates.

On a positive side competitive prices, good ceiling height and good hospitality

It is a good hall for organising various kinds of parties and function. You can use it for weddings or any birthday parties for special occasions. It is located at Mayapuri which is industrial area. The banquet hall very huge and can accommodate many people at once. You can book some event company to organise a function or occasion. There is also valet parking available, that is the very best thing of the green lounge banquet.

Well i went there to attend my best friend's marriage and i had a great time there. Everything was managed well by the staff and i loved the food which was delicious

No dedicated parking, valet would park on the nearby roads illegally. Food was okay. Nothing special or really good to talk about. Hence, my rating. 3/5 OK

Good for parties.marriages with 300-400 guests.seating capacity is less.only a central hall is there in ground floor.fiest floor can simultaneously hold another function.best part was the tasty food with variety.decor is good.bridal rooms are in basement.with a small management office too.

Attended a sagan last week and services were really bad.

Fantastic venue to host events. Visited the first floor hall for a wedding event. Spacious, well lit, elevator, great management and clean toilets.

Not sure if there was sufficient car parking in the venue for the guests

Quiet spacious place. They have two floor. A good gathering of people can be managed here. Easily accessible place as it is on the main road only. Inside and outside parking is available and they very well take care of the outside parked vehicles.

Overall a good banquet hall. The location is also good for West Delhi. The decorations are good including the lighting.
The food is also pretty good, almost everytime I've been there the food was worthwhile.
The service is a let down. You have to wait for everything for quite some time.

Went for a marriage ceremony and liked this place, parking is a problem hear as well like everywhere in Delhi NCR.
