It was a great experience being part of GreenThumbs; in recruitment team I got to learn new things every day. The 3 months journey was like a roller coaster ride with lots of ups and downs but every time I had my mentors to pull my hand whenever and where ever I was demotivated, they supported me throughout. I experienced family environment where I could share personal as well as professional problems and the person in front of me
was ready to listen with all the possible solutions of the universe.

I being an intern at GreenThumbs, learned a lot about professionalism and dedication towards my work. Working with the Marketing Team and my mentor Vishnu Sir, who taught me that 'patience is the actual key to success', he himself being very goal oriented and passionate towards his work. GreenThumbs was a whole new world for me and i was comforted in all aspects also, I was introduced to Psyft and got a lot of knowledge about psychometric assessments, surveys etc. The whole team was very kind and would love to work with them again!
