Never deliver on time, always brings incomplete order, prices are good because quality is cheap. Have cut off costs in packing too.
All other reviews are old when they were in starting stage, but now they are just dragging off somehow.

Quite good but it's mismanaged that's a scope of improvement for the store, otherwise it's good enough, good staff, good range of products and easy payment options

Vary bad experience more 50% products they delivered are over the expiry date they are making people fool by selling the expiry products at low prices and they will not return the item's too customer service are more pathetic its been more then 10 days and they are not replied my mail response. Please don't waste your money from buying anything from here.

They are Theives. I ordered for grocery, they never delivered, when escalated, they have shown reversal in the account. Byt actually there was no reversal. They are so spineless, they closed their call centre

Too good in his field greatest price best quality vegetables on every morning. But improving your delivery times and opening new times slots and new locations.

Very very poor service. Guys dont ever preffer this app for purchase. Its bogus. They even have no time commitment. Customer need to take several follow ups. No delivery person number. In Grt Noida its worse as per timing and Support.

Horrible customer care. Send cold storage rotten vegetables and there is no option for refund. I have called them atleast 20 times and sent 5 emails over a period of 5 days and they say they are busy or on a day off.

I could have given 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order 5 days back. On the app, it shows order "on its way" from the last 3 days, but I am yet to get my order. No response from customer support despite trying the number several times. I canceled the order eventually but didn't receive my refund. Basically, they are not running the business; they are making money by stealing money from the customer.

Worst delivery service, worst customer support. If you ordered in morning then you will get it by night. Irritated and liar staff.

They are not refunding the amount and just ignoring the calls, no reply of WhatsApp. No escalation matrix, a lady on the phone number is a liar, who actually is responsible for this, never callback to customers.

Pathatic customer support by the girl sitting in the office, she never listen to the customers problems and always argued unnecessarly. And order is always deleyed.

I have no option to give zero star otherwise I will give it. Delivery is the worst of the company it always late not in the time slot provided by them itself or not even minutes after 4 to 8 hour late delivery from the expected one.

And they also deliver the bad quality of vegetables and fruit even one time the fruit are so stinky that I found them through there smell.

Cheap but not best even not good even worst sometime so if you want to try try at your own risk and very best of luck for quality and delivery time.

Pathetic customer service by Ms Anjali she is never bothered to listen the customer issue I purchased Gauva and it has fruit worm in it when I shared the pics with her she said that fruits and vegetables are not returnable moreover she said we didn't get into the gauva to put the worms, shr additional said none of the customer complaint about it, however a week later when I asked her to send the Gauva she denied saying that we have stop keeping Gauva as we were getting lot of complaints.in addition she said ok mam we will provide you some vegetable of the same value as a complimentary however again I got some chilly garlic fried rice masala which id of no use to me. I asked her to take that back with her. I ordered 2 cauliflower for me and my mom she never bothered to inform me before sending that we have only one cauliflower that too 1 kg and now when I am asking her to return the veggies she is denying since I want two cauliflower one for my mom and one for me. Always promises for a call never receives call. Pathetic services by Ms Anjali.

In my recent order, thr was shortage of items worth INR 550, it is being a week and they are not refunding the amount and just ignoring the calls. No escalation matrix, a lady on the phone number, who actually is responsible for this fiasco is the only touch point available. Last course it to physically visit the store. I would not recommend people to buy from GROCIO. They are an absolute fraud folks.

This is good place to get Groceries, other household items, makeup for girls, rates are comparatively similar to other big Retail counters in their area but quality and service is one level ahead, good polite and patient staff, hassle free home delivery In Noida

Earlier they were very good, but now one of the most terrible site to order. I have ordered and it was scheduled for yesterday morning delivery. Still I haven't received the order and no one is responding on customer care number. Luckily after trying for so many times one of them picked up and assured that order will be delivered in morning today but still waiting and now no response on calls/, watsapp.atleast they should update the customer exactly what's going on.

Its fine.they dont have fast delivery option for veggies and sadly almost every item starts with a minimum quantity of 500 gm which not everyone is comfortable with so i had to choose bb over them since they were not picking up call.but the best thing is that they have a variety of options

Placed order on 6th June to be delivered on 9th June. Today is 12 June and site is still showing order on the way.

Missing items in every delivery and if you don't remember what you have ordered, no way to get refund back as they delete that item from your list.

Very poor customer service. No one picks phone. Better to avoided as it you may struggle to get your money back.

It is a fraud APP and Website, Noida Police should take action against them. I placed order for Rs 2810. I paid advance by using my credit card.but my order is not delivered yet and money nor refunded yet.

they changed my order without permission, and at the time of delivery asked money for goods which I never ordered

Very very not only poor quality but also poisonous products delivered. Very badly rotten eggs which were smelling too much, were supplied. Apart from this, there is items cancellations after order and delayed delivery is also there.

I had ordered groceries during the lockdown and my order was cancelled with my money reimbursed to my wallet. At first, I assumed I had been scammed but am very happy to say that grocio redeemed themselves by delivering my next order now the very next day with no extra cost aside from the wallet amount. Happy with the service and can understand that the lockdown were unusual circumstances and were hard to operate in.

I gave a five star rating for trying to make an effort to deliver the groceries in these hard times. However, I was so wrong about them. I ordered groceries worth Rs. 5253/-, instead of delivering the groceries to me they cancelled my order & then that they did not even return my money & transferred the money in the wallet where I paid them by card. NOW THE SITUATION IS THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING GROCERIES TO ME & ALSO THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY MONEY.

GROCIO IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD COMPANY. IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER TO ME THEN THEY SHOULD AT LEAST RETURN ME MY MONEY.

Worst customer service. Not picking up calls.not even replying to mail. I had to cancel my orders as they are not able to deliver. However refund is pending after 20 days of cancelling order. Ar least response and have communication with customer. Otherwise surely gonna loose customer base.

I have not seen that much worst grocery store ever. I order something online unfortunately They did not deliver it in given time slot so after there delivery time exceeded i cancelled my order. The amount returned back in grocio wallet not in original source of payment. Now i am not able to order anything because they are showing their slot is not available even after 15-20 days. They neither returning the amount from wallet to original source of payment nor picking up any call. Dont know how to contact them to get rid off from this.

Half my order taken was not delivered. Tamarind was added in the delivery bill bu not given. Snd the delivery boy was abnoxious.throwing things, yelling and utterly disrespectful

They wont respond at all, Don't expect customer support in areas far 5-6 kms far from the store, The delivery guys keep on making excuses like not feeling good, tyre punctured even accident etc, but refuse to come at the designated slot, they want to deliver it as per their convenience not mine.
