How can I describe a Gucci store? Fantastic store ambience, and you need a prior appointment to get in. The store staff is very polite and takes you to the brand world in a very professional way.

Mask required: No.
Social distancing followed: No.
Music: Yes, mild.
Vaccination certificate: Not required.

Child-friendly: Can't say.
Toilets: Yes, outside in the mall.

Learn from the Big Brand. That was our reason. Why we was visiting there. I am so thankful to had this small Conversation with one women in the Gucci shop. I have learnt alot for my Business. Thank you so much Madam

Everything is expensive. Thele wale bhayia zada saste mein dete hai. Quality is very very very very very poor.

The store has very nice collection and it’s worth for the price the sails person Miss Akansha Ahuja was really very polite and helpful with me when I m confused in sunglasses she helped me in my pickup and I m very happy with my purchase Thanks Akansha for your help and I hope will help me in future also.

The place is really good and has a lot of variety. Please plan in advance as you would need an appointment to enter the store

Avoid weekends as they are following covid protocol and you’ll end up standing in a queue forever. Thankfully we went mid week and still had two folks before us but it was smooth.

Now as I was assisted inside, I cannot thank my stars to have been assisted by Sanjay as he was fabulous in explaining the intricacies of the different bags and made my first purchase a memorable experience! Absolutely recommend asking for him to know the history of Gucci with his splendid 10+ years of work experience there!

Very poor quality of products: glue on bags, seams are not even. I could not believe it is a real Gucci store.
Beware, they seem to sell duplicate or rejected stuff in New Delhi.
Customer attendance culture is very poor, I would not return to this store again.

We all know Gucci is a big luxury brand. But how it take almost an hour to get into the store? That was our fate on a Saturday. However went another day, by then the bag I had seen in the shop window had been sold, sadly. I had been saving up for a bag. The shop assistant from Assam was very sweet & helpful, but the bag I had my eyes on wasn't available. Strategy of Gucci to sell less or bad management?

Went to store on 16 jul 22 at 11, and i am regular customer but the salesperson was totally not interested in showing clothes, they should realize that people travel hundreds of km to be their store and shell out lacs. The attitude that person was showing was totally unwanted. Its an insult. Would never go to that store again.

Couldn’t see the collection because the staff outside asked us to put our names in the waiting list using a QR code to eventually not let us in even after 1.5 hours. On informing the staff of the misconduct they casually ignored the request. God knows where are they occupied when they don’t allow more than 10 people at a time and there are like 3 people manning the door. Worked in our favour because ended up buying a bag from Louis Vuitton instead which had better designs and quality)

Gucci for you - I asked for a glass of water, and the request was completely ignored. Gave feedback and the staff again took their own time to discuss same with the store manager instead of providing water. Even McDonalds or KFC provide water. Looks like Gucci staff is trained not to entertain anyone who doesn't buy their stuff! Such a shame, Gucci!

Usually i dont give 4* but the staff and their well professional manner without any attitude make me to give 4*.

Its place of rich people if you have credit card then only you can come here or else u have to sell your car to do shopping

The store staff needs to be trained in basic courtesy and they have no information on the products they sell!

I like the place n shopping with gucci but they don’t have pretty much good collection of gucci i recommend other gucci outlets over this

Unnecessary hype. I would say staff is not pretty kind sometimes. Never pick up landline calls. Think its not important. They want customers physically so thay they can lure them. What does luxury means? It means ease as well. Its not a local road side brand. Sometimes i would like to enquire about a product then go and see it. Not good collection of mens shoes

Pathetic service! I had ordered a bag. Someone was suppose to call. No one did. Additionally no one ever picks up a call. Wish there other show rooms

Not that well stocked, this store fails at customer service too. I have had better experience at Gucci chadstone, Collins or Mumbai. The store fails to entice me emotionally to spend here. Based on my experience, would not really term it a luxury outlet.

Yesterday I visited DLF emporio, I was looking for shoes from salvatore ferragamo & gucci.
I would say ferragamo team was way helpful and supportive.from deisgn to fit.the moral of review - gucci need to understand which kind of people to employ in their company. I feel like gucci are lacking on customer relation.they should attain the customer properly.

Comparing to Louis Vuitton, collections were really ugly and absurdly priced here. For a leather bad priced 200000 Rs which had extremely ugly, i think Louis Vuitton's tote for 130000 was way way beautiful.

People were cooperative but when there isn't anything of your interest, everything else being offered wouldn't change your mind.

Unfriendly & rude staff specially The Manager. Gave a false information on phone & had audacity to lie on my face. I’m surprised how rude they can get with customer on contrary staff in other countries of the same brand are so courteous.

Excellent visual merchandising.great variety of bags and footwear, sunglasses, clothing. Almost full range is available in this store of Gucci in emporio mall. Here the staff n promotors are very cooperative. Here they have excellent range of bags

This is not a Gucci standard by 10,000 miles. Sales executives are sloppy and not very prompt to attend the customer. I recently had gone to look for a Wallet with specific style code and they couldn’t find it in there store, however Gucci in Mumbai and Calcutta had mentioned they have that style code.

Maybe this store is Indian Gucci.

Unprofessional staff, never answer your calls, Gucci out of India is so much better in client handling & satisfaction. Work on staff training’s!
