Me and my family went to this shop from Bangladesh for our cousins wedding shopping. We bought one prince suit and three sherwani from them. The owner of this shop Mr. Girish Gujral (sunny) was so friendly the day we were shopping it amazed us.
Today when my husband was trying to trial his Prince suits he found the size was completely wrong. He immediately did contact with the shop owner Mr. Girish Gujral (sunny). After checking and seeing the picture we sent through whatsapp the shop owner agreed it was a mistake from their side. They put the wrong measurement. When we asked to replace it the shop owner Mr. Girish Gujral (sunny) within 5 minutes did send fabrics sample to choose on WhatsApp. He also ensured it will be delivered before the wedding programme. (NB: we do have all the evidence in whatsapp).
Interesting part of this, he is asking again 22,000 bucks for the new one.
How could they want to charge us for their mistake? Where is business ethics? Where is brand value?
Even my husband offerd him to send back the suits but unfortunately he completely denied even though it was thier mistake.we felt so bad that, I thought should share this experience with others.it would be better for future customer to think before they visit this store name gujralsons in karol bagh.
Mr. Girish Gujral may be a sweet talker but feel sorry for him. How come a business man from a business family can be so pathetic? How can he be so immoral and greedy?

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Gujral Sons Tailor. I recently had a clothing item altered there and was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.

The workmanship was poor and the item did not fit properly. Despite multiple visits to the store to try and resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received

They will deliver your cloths with stains and without any finishing.
My recommendation not to shop from this place.
Shop only if you want to ruin your marriage or any occasion.

Please don’t expect your customer to pay for your mistakes. If you charge customer for something please deliver the same. Thanks.

Bought a custom made suit for over 25000. There were folds in the suit. The tailor tried convincing me that it’s because of my body type and the suit will always fold. Wasn’t willing to admit that they screwed up the tailoring. Ultimately had to give up on it because this was my 4th visit to the store and each visit is bothersome in an uber. Really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude behaviour by the store manager. I politely requested to click a photo of the dress i was wearing to show it to my mom and he said he can't allow due to piracy reasons and that the photo would be compressed if you share via WhatsApp. Only Thieves and goons can deal with such kind of people. Elegant people please avoid these local markets of the former refugee colonies and rather choose some other brand for the similar price range. This is not inexpensive as I presumed it to be before visiting.

I bought wedding clothes for my brother and I must say they are the best menswear store in Delhi as the quality of the fabric is damn good even though their price is also reasonable.

A great menswear store, Mr Bharat Gujral helped me during the time of pandemic to choose the right attire for my father it was my father’s birthday at that time and he was very Kind enough to help me show the options via video call. I did twice video call with him for 45 minutes he was quite patient he showed me the right design what I wanted and I was so happy to get that on time I would really recommend this place for great quality and great customer service.

Store Owner Mr Bharat Gujral, is quite a humble person with great sense of design and customer service. Have been visiting him for past over a decade and every time my experience with their services are notch up. Highly recommended for luxurious designs yet affordable with great quality men's wear under one roof.

Pathetic pathetic.we bought tux for our fiance and came all the way down from another city to pick up the suit. We confirmed the date on call also one day prior so everything will be seamless.but to our surprise, the shop was closed and shop personnels didn't bother to inform us.highly unprofessional attitude in these horrid times. I wish if people can become little bit considerate towards others

They deliver everthing from top to bottom at a very decent prize. I visited manyavar but in the same proze i was getting only sherwani and pj. For the rest of the matching accessories i have to lookout of my own. Here everything was taken care of. Due to pandemics and short time for my marriage there were some minute details that werent fixed, rest i was pretty much satisfied

Prices are on the higher side and you get limited variety as they are trying to sell almost everything.

I had a very bad experience. Their designs are old, they focus only on selling. Once sold, they won’t stitch properly. I wasted 20K INR with them, I had to ultimately go to other store to get my dress. I would suggest other places in Karol Bagh. Avoid Gujralsons.

Professional in men's clothing, superior quality with elegant designs, supportive and polite staff.
On ground floor they have branded clothing, 1st and 2nd floor offer groom clothing including shervani, indo western and suits.
Little costly but provide quality for it.

Worst experience with custom tailoring. Tailoring master is very unprofessional. They don't deliver on time. I visited showroom 4 times to get my deliverables still it was incomplete. I just took whatever was complete not planning to pay another visit at all. I don't recommend this place at all.

Got indo western made.buttons started falling while wearing it for the first time only.called up the store last week, spoke to the store manager, who apologised and assured that the needful will be done in a day or two But it was just a verbal assurance as till date no service recovery has been done. Not expected this kind of service from such a reputed store.

Fine tailoring with personalised experience, from the staff to the tailor to the owner, everyone is courteous and deliver great fit, nice fabrics and deliver within deadline. The rates are as per the quality they offer.
