My go to place.always got satisfactory service and valuable advice for haircare and skincare.must visit if you stay nearby or visit that place.

At 2020 my mother once suggest me to go at gonika’s salon now it’s 2024 all problems means gonika salon. Always best for hair services, beauty rand many more … and the best part is there staff was danmmmmmm

They used to be nice once. However, the staff now is very cruel and works very mechanically. From the very moment I entered to the moment I left, they kept saying negative things because they wanted to pitch a higher amount product. Clearly not a place I will choose to go again. Now they're all about making fast money, but the service is v poor.

Maine cystine hair treatment liya tha yha se zero result hai ek wash karne ke baad same waise hi hair ho gye jaise thhe, west of money, bhut hi bekar service hai mere Rs 3250/-west hue hai

Their staff members are very rude, They behave as if they are doing work for free and don't entertain any kind of complain or feedback.

Worst. The helpers of this salon are not trained, the way they speak is nasty. They make fun of u if you will have high quantity of hair on arms or legs (I will not mention the helper's name, the way she spoke about my friend was unexpected). I personally don't like this salon.

Went here today for waxing. First they somehow convinced me for white chocolate wax by saying it will remove all my hair, would be painless etc. It took 3 or 4 time waxing in the same area to remove MOST of my hair and Not the entire hair growth. Later, even my hand got burned because of the hot wax. Nor were the hair completely removed.

The old lady sitting at the counter, owner of this salon is too pathetic. She claims to know everything, but has no knowledge of customer service. She can argue with you to no end, arrogant and she also seems to bully the staff. The services they provide are below average. Doesn’t even know the basics of head wash. Highly disappointed. Worst experience I ever had

It was a great experience here. Everyone is so nice, calm and supportive. If you are a beginner like me, who doesn’t Know anything about hair colour, do visit here. They will guide in a best possible manner.

10/10 would recommend.got my hair done (hairfall, breakage and botox treatment) recently and the service was impeccable.the place is student-friendly with good staff and a relaxing ambience.usually crowded during evenings so i would suggest enquiring before visiting.

I am coming to this place since years and always recommend to my friends & Colleague. Today, I am writing this because of the best output received on my hairs. I just loved it I am giving 5 star to the service of Gunika

DONT GO AT ALL! They use products from saddar bazaar and koror bagh! Very low grad products! I got burns and a fungal infection by their products

Very bad service, damaged all my hair with their color and wasted my money on their keratin which didn’t even stay for a week. Terrible services.

Worst salon ever. I got my hair colored 2.5 months back, and I did ask for the Ash grey color. And they gave me a color as bleach they didn't mild it neither did they justice w/ the Ash grey color. It's looking horrible and they charged me 2500 bucks. Also they've keratined my hair which has rinsed off after within 6 months, also the staff is so unskilled and the owner is so egoistic and suggest you in a wrong way. They are cheaters! They fool you. Would never recommend this salon!

Horrible horrible experience i have ever experienced… unprofessional staff and they don’t know how to wax properly. In the name of rica they use some green colour wax which they called green apple.when i asked them to show me the packaging and tin of the wax they refuse that and said we don’t have any left like seriously they lied straight to our faces.they don’t even clean your hand or legs after wax.they ask the costumers to clean them selves also they use 2-3 towels for everyone and not use tissue per person.which is so unhygienic.also when you ask something to the staff they make arrogant faces and give you rude replies.seriously guys i will not recommend this salon instead you can go to Daisy salon in kamla Nagar which is far better than this.

Just went for a query and they replied so rudely that I don't want to visit there again. They can't even talk properly with their customers, what services are they gonna provide? It is the nearest one from my home but then also I will never visit here.

Worst salon ever. They are fake, unhygienic and don't even know how to wax. Stupid staff who is in gossiping everytime.

I went there for waxing and they gave me dirty stinking gown to wear for waxing, when I asked for a tissue she said NO and while waxing she was laughing at me when I was crying of pain (it was my first time waxing) she burnt me with wax and again laughed at it. Very unprofessional and pathetic salon, never ever go there trust me bro.
