Their service is like super alluring! They are very specific and objectified and have the best service (in warrenty). They replaced my boat earplug (bluetooth) withing seconds by just seeing the invoice. I am very much satisfied.

The head set was 1000 and I wanted to repair it it was just broken from the supporting edge which usually anyone can reapir but we thought we had warranty so it will repair free of or in cheap but he told me 1000 why I give 1000 when I can buy it from same amount so I was disappointed for their service it worst honestly never go there

Yes it's boat service center they replace your boat earphone hand to hand but earphone look cheap in quality, it's not look like original.

It is the official Boat service center, just remember to take original bill along with you, they would replace it without questioning, nice place with excellent service, I've replaced my 2 earphones as they were not working well and they replaced it without any issue

The owner just replaced my earphone in just second, first 30secto check any damage and 1min for replacement $ damn 1: 30min, it is all he need for the replacement, best service ever in my life on any electronic product

Reason for 4 star is that they only take complaints for wired headset and not for the Bluetooth ones. Otherwise the staff was very good and helpful.

Went here to replace my boat rockerz 255. I showed him the bill, he opened a box of boat rockerz in front of me and told me to check. I liked the attitude and way of talking

Went there to replace my boat earphones. Owner was polite and replaced it within 5 min. Just take print of invoice. Got red earphones in exchange of my blue earphones.

Fraud company and fraud care centre they dont replace my earphone i visit 3 to 4 time everytime they make a new reason please dont purchase boat

I called for replacement of my earphone 210 rockerz but he can replace only 225 model and said call to Mumbai centre, I am totally unsatisfied by this answer
