I am coming here from my childhood

It's a nice and calm place. I loved to visit here, no rush, no crowd. A clear and calm conversation between you and God. Easily parking available. Langar with completely clean area. A separate place to keep your shoes and hand wash? Clean area with all kind of accessibility. I recommend you to visit there atleast once, Delhi to chandigarh highway ️.

Very less crowdy at regular days. Bhandara happens every day. In Bhandara you will get roti, two sabzi. Pond to see in which fishes are two. No bhotography inside gurudwara.

Its very peaceful place you get peace of mind there and I am happy to come there but one thing that disappointed me. A dark side That I face personally he need to be educate there person which is provide food or say as parsada. He is abusing at the time of provide food. Many of Times i had visited many gurudwara but I never see this type of behavior. I am not saying gurudwara authority is wrong but my moto is just Aware authority about there person so that Which is happen with me is not repeated because I am going without eating food after taking in thali. I don't want to do that but after listening those words I can't set there.

Gurudwara's History

Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji Maharaj, the sixth of the Sikh gurus, was to be captured by the Mughal Emperor, Jahangir, as Guruji's majesty and name had already spread in the entire world. To meet the angry ruler, Guru ji himself decided to visit Delhi. On his journey to Delhi, his disciples gave him immense respect. Dewan and satsangs were held at different places where Guru ji stopped to rest. Guru Ji rested near the place where Nishan Sahib is currently present, and thereby blessed the place with his purifying soul. Baba Buddha ji rested at the place where kutiya is currently present, and looked after the horses. Guru ji even dug a well and a water

body (pond) here with his own hands. Jahangir's spouse, Nur Jahan, was blessed by Guru ji's darshan at this place. She prayed to Guru ji for Mumtaz Mahal's good health as her niece, Mumtaz, was really ill at that time. Mumtaz Mahal was cured after drinking the holy water given by Guru ji. Guru ji even made arrangements for langar. This place is blessed with Guru ji's sacred soul and drinking the purifying water of sarovar cures all the physically and mentally ill people. Baba Baghel Singh Dhaliwal, along with his 30,000 warriors, on their way to conquer Delhi in late 1770s stopped and rested at this holy place. Before proceeding towards Tees Hizari, they took care of the horses near a water body (pond) which was built by Baba Buddha ji during his stay at Gurudwara. Now, this pond has been converted to sarovar of Gurudwara Hargobindsar Sahib. In 1984 riots, 29 people sacrificed their lives while protecting Guru Granth Sahib Ji, and the premises of Gurudwara Hargobindsar sahib Ji.

The connectivity to this place is weak as it's near the border of Delhi, and there is no metro station nearby. But when I read the history of this place is literally surprised me but the overall experience was good

Location is good, feels like peaceful, calm, quiet. Langar is also there once in a week. Overall I loved this place must visit.
