Worst experience ever. Poor customer experience.

I took a membership of 3 months, of course on one of their staffs "pushiness"
I had to stop coming to the gym after a month because of some reason, and I informed them and asked them to put my membership on hold so that I can come after some days and continue. I was actually recovering from an injury. So the guys from gym gave me a call and I explained then and they agreed that I can come after I get better and continue with my SAME MEMBERSHIP. When I went there last week, they said that they can't do anything about it and I'll have to pay for the new membership if I want to continue working out at GymBoxx.

Management is really very poor.their trainers charge extra for any kind of training.they even don't talk to u properly if u didn't take their personal trainer.they charge a lot for that.

I have been training for the past 2 years, here at Gymbox, here I met one of the finest trainer, Mr. Shoaib.
He has vast knowledge about muscle building and bodybuilding. I’ve improved a lot since I’ve came under his guidance. He’s the best of all.

Much better as compare to other gym in okhla Gym has sufficient space for crdio and body part as well as crowd are also well civilised They have good managment like Mr Shoib and also have good trainer like Mr Saif.

High quality equipment, Multifunction equipment, good staff, proper management, & professional guidance.

The management staff and Owner need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service. Manager 'Mr Taha' is rude and don't care about anything. They are cheater.

Worst experience is my life.they people are using abusing language clients.they are charge extra amount every month. I am personally not suggest to any one.no one join this gym

Lovely spacious gym with new and adequate equipments.well manged and trainers are well trained. Management is good and very flexible timings.also great view

Gym management is really poor. They are confused among themselves, what to do. Should know how to behave properly.

I have been to many, many gyms in my life and this gym is the most disgusting I've ever seen. Staff, Manager and owners are unfriendly and rude & Terrible customer service. The manager unaccommodating and rude.very bad experienced. Manager and other staff don't know how to talk nicely with your customers
