Bought a habios bed. Terrible product the bed keeps squeaking and they sent people to fix it but now it is squeaking again. Once they make the sale they send sub standard products and then refuse to take it back. Totally avoid this shop. They are cons.

Bought a kid bed with the shape of a house which was delivered recently. Slept one night to realise it's impossible to sleep in it. With roof fully covered there is no way for air to reach body. With AC on and fan on my kid was sweating profusely all night and just couldn't sleep. I called the store next day, went and met the store manager and asked to exchange with a bed with no roof. They have no solution for me. I have a kid bed worth 50k that my child is unable to sleep in.

I have read the owner's reply claiming it's a bestseller. I would request the owner to come to my house for 15 mins and observe my son. If he/she does not see my son sweating like mad despite air conditioning I don't think he/she will believe me. Maybe the bestseller has not been sold to a Kashmiri Pandit yet (we are a small minority within India and our DNA is ofcourse less tolerant to heat). Further, I did spend an hour at the store and I was equally interested in a bed with a boat shaped headboard, with no roof and actually more expensive than this bed. The saleswoman suggested this bed and did not even once bring up the closed roof or heat issue.

Please understand I really don't want a refund, I want to be able to use a bed which is currently lying unused for last 2 weeks! Perhaps bed can be verified for being unused and exchanged for a roofless bed or the roof of this bed can be removed all together. Something's gotta give!

For a product being sold at 50K, this store is not flexible at all. We bought a kids bed with roof and asked to remove the roof and it seems that the owner is not ready to make any adjustments. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
