Very pathetic & engaged in the deceitful practices.
Hafele is selling products that not even existed on the hafele catalogue. We have thoroughly researched in the hafele portfolio of last 8-7 years the products sold to us not even existed.

The sheer audacity of such fraudulent behavior is appalling. Not only did this incident lead to significant financial loss, but it also caused immense stress and hassle as I had to navigate the process of reporting the fraud.

Operating with the sole purpose of exploiting innocent customers.

Our money, health privacy & dignity are all impacted.

More than 8-9 months are on our complaint is open with the Hafele.

Hafele is already created a world records of email exchange.

Only Gods knows where its end but definitely we will not give up.

I have been trying to contact them since 3 days, no proper problem addressable, no help from their whatsapp no, o complaints registered on their end, no action taken by their end, poor service, no response, very bad quality, they don't see the pain one has to suffer because of them, my work is on hold yet there's absolutely no response from their side. PLEASE SAVE OUR MONEY AND DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

Nice place n great staff who are quiet knowledgeable about their product & services and willing to go out of the box to help others with their queries.

Great display of all the fittings possible. If you are making your home, visit it to know the possibilities of what all you can do to make a smart home. Rajat Gupta from sales team was great to walk us through the experience center.

The place is good for checking all hafele products but the team here doesn't show much of interest in showing you around. The center is quite big and has all their hardware products displayed in a properly designed manner but lack of people's knowledge there may not keep the experience upto the mark which is expected out of them.

One of the worst organisations i have worked in with. Toxic work culture with politics stinking in every corner. As the too management is based in Mumbai, the attitude towards employees based in Delhi was totally biased. Not to miss out on, the specifications manager G. Prabhu is the worst manager one can work with.

Don't touch Häfele products. The dishwasher started rusting after just two years of careful use. Have a look at the photographs of dishwasher parts. The microwave buttons work, but you no longer know which is which the description alongside the button has disappeared.
I'm told to contact customer care on WhatsApp. If Häfele were really concerned, they would get somebody to call me personally.

I Wish, I had bought a Glen or some other Indian brand. The Cooking burners are pathetic.they have never worked properly and keep giving trouble. Igniting the burners is a frustrating task as it keeps sparking but the flame goes off as soon as u leave the knob. It literally takes 10-15 seconds to get this thing on flame. The repair team says, thats the way it works. I have called for help 4 times.got it repaired but all the time I have to digest the fact that nothing more can be done.

Best German brand. Hardwares made with high precision. Broad range of appliances, security locks and other hardwares used in bath, kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe, office, hotel fittings.

WE purchased kitchen from this showroom. It's in okhla - place to visit once if you are making your house.

Good place, for kitchen, wardrobe, lighting and hardware items display. Must for people, who are looking for modern day concept.

In Hafele you can get variety of Architectural Hardware. It was a good experience in visiting there.

Well structured and organised office of Hafele.well maintained and highly professional staff who are very courteous.and informative.

Not satisfied. They told me to send their dealers no because they sell through dealers only. But did nothing.

Don't get fascinated by their design center, it's eye wash only. Products are equivalent of any local appliance in Indian market when you use it. Very poor customer support.they don't deliver what they commit while in discussion. Always get in writing if they say over phone that instillation or site visit is free. I have been using from last few months. Product's are not great w.r. T cost. Hob burner polishing is temporary, it will be erased as you clean and in few months you will have different color burners. Chimney is not effective and produce lot of noise. I have been struggling to get demo of dishwasher but they need payment for demo as well so not sure how it will go when I will use it.
