Wanted to get a good haircut done even if it meant spending a good amount. I had explained exactly what i wanted. And i ended up getting a school girl haircut. I had hair longer than my waist and now they fall above my shoulder. Highly disappointed.

Totally loved there services. Recently got my hair colour done from them and the experience of getting it done is amazing. Got an nice transformation with an mesmerising experience. Great client handling by the staff. Not only for hair they provide wide range of beauty services as well.

This is my review after going to this salon for almost 2 years. The best in class service is here. The founder of this salon chain truly serves up his motto of providing a 5 star salon experience. Mr. Mack Abrahem is the go to person for me for my haircut or any hair treatments. He provides the best genuine advice and service every time.

Mr. Sabu was also great with his work doing men's hair do. My brother was very satisfied with his service.

The host at the front desk, although I forgot to ask his name, was very sweet and professional.

The only con here is the long waiting time during the evening or any weekends. Last time I had to wait for more than 3 hours, even after a prior appointment. The managing staff should look into this matter.

Loved the work and professionalism portrayed by hair stylist and their crew. Great ambience. Honest opinions and suggestions by crew. Sam in Mens is an amazing hairstylist. Staff at the salon was also super kind and helpful. Amazing experience overall! Do visit!

I got my hair styles by Akhil. My hair was a complete mess when i visited. After Akhil was done my hair looked so fantastic! Natural yet very stylish with an ombre color. Akhil has really done a wonderful job even after washing my hair they look the same which is just amazing! 10/10 recommend Akhil from Hair Masters, Punjabi Bagh. Chandni did my threading and she did a great job too. Everyone was extremely professional and skilled.

I got botox and hydra facial done here at HM punjabi bagh outlet. Both the staffs AKhil & Diya ma’am seemed to be very experienced & I had a lovely experience after a long time. The services are totally customised to your hair type or skin type. In spite of weekend rush at the salon both the professionals gave the apt time for the services. It indeed was super relaxing.

Worst hair service received n poore skilled staff over there.they only care about how to make money

This is one the best salon’s I have visited, the beauty expert Kiran comforted me soo much and the services were tooo good that I couldn’t find any single flaw. Rihan did my hair color which was tooo amazing and I loved it…Deepak was very helpful and kind enough to take care of everything including my hair or be it comfort.proper attention and services were given by both of them. And last but not the least I would like to write about Gagan who made me feel like family… because of which I would love to come here again and again and again.

I had a venue service by them on my engagement day. They ruined it by all possible ways.

1) they came late
2) the make up done by them was BAD, actually BAD.
3) I showed them my dress beforehand so they may her matching accessories, they got the accessories but not a ingle one that would closely match my dress.
4) I told the make up artist several times to change things but she didn't care much.
5) lost all my confidence on my special day
I am not picky about make up at all, but if one is spending money (alot), i expect to look a lil better but not bad. Actual words of my mom- "isse achi to make up k bina hi thi"

I had booking for my wedding day also with them, i cancelled it last minute and looked for a parlour which was in 12 days.

So a lot of DISAPPOINTMENT.

Best Saloon in West Delhi. Par Punjabi Bagh waala hi. And here ask for Pundit Jee for Pedicure. Jis Problem ke liye I was going to a doctor uska ilaaj inhone kar diya. Been there 5 Times and every time the its been a Happy Experience.

I heard alot about this salon and went once to get a haircut.it was done amazingly and suits me too.but yes. Its over priced. Like for a normal person to visit for regular services there is not possible. Even its possible for me to be there every month for salon services or so. Its better to go with Urban clap as they do provide good services and discounts too. ‍️

Moreover theres a lot of competition in the market these days. So one should come out with the best and pocket friendly too. ‍️

Not worth the money. Hair do is very good, but makeup is worst. She doesn't understand the meaning of subtle makeup. All she does is loud makeup. I ended up looking like a Hindi serial negative character. Wouldn't recommend anyone, especially if you are looking for subtle makeup.

I waited for two hours at the reception on my engagement day even after paying additional 1500 for morning booking my make started at 11: 30, which has be started at 9: 30. The make up artist monika don't listen at all about person's preference she has only one way to do make up in which she is trained. She gave me indian look with western gown and didn't have matching lipstick color to my dress. All my photographs are so bad. I would strongly suggest not to take any chances in make up with them. I got cancelled my wedding make up after this incident and booked at ash n neil I got 100% satisfaction. They really know how to treat clients.

Hii guys! I would definitely not recommend this place.no doubt Anand gave me good result in colour but what he told me the day when i went there for meeting he said he will charge me 10000 for global
And keratin and streaks and will give me one mani and pedi in that.he charged me 14000 and when i said i asked u again when my main and pedi was going on that is it complimentry naa he said yes.then why u charged me again? He was blank.then he reduced my bill to 12000 really very disappointing that they dnt stick to there words.and my hair length is bob length for which they charged me 12000
And they dnt even ask you for water.there local helpers will do u work.worst experience there

Hair Masters luxury salon is one of the best in lovely service centre in the whole market. Good place to cut hairstyle I am also cut my hair from here. It's fantastic.service good.

This place is just awesome. Variety of hair cuts and replantation available here in a reasonable price. I am pretty much satisfied with their service.

Hiked my make up pricing after hearing that its my reception makeup on my reception day itself. And It was mentioned nowhere in their pamphlets or in their oral instructions.
Its like a vegetable - market rush in the make up room of the basement. Too many clients crammed up together. With no clean washrooms either. The seats are too much uncomfortable and small. My MUA asked me to lift up my feet Nd fit in some sort of small space. Nd I had a heavy dress on.
Please don't go here.

My experience was not good as expected. When we goes to high end salon then we expect everything need to be perfect and doesn't need to say much but that didn't happened so average service with high price.

It was wonderful at the salon the way everyone cooperated when most of the well known hair dresser brands were saying NO for my rebounding cum Bob cut as I have thick stubborn hair. Only Hair Masters managed to do it with 100% customer satisfaction.
The staffs were well mannered and hard working. I am totally overwhelmed by their hospitality. My hair and head were pampered luxuriously. Surely I will knock at only Hair Masters now on for any of my hair issue.

Their Makeup Artist Indu Yadav is absolutely arrogant and rude. Just because she has so many people coming to her she considers herself a super star. Please come back to earth madam and realize you are not the only makeup artist in Delhi.

As a salon as well they are highly mismanaged. As a Bride I was made to go up and down the stairs multiple times. Hair ke liye niche jaao.draping ke liye upper jao. As a Bride u think anybody has that kind of time and stamina? A disappointing experience all in all!
