Hairmasters is the most luxurious salon I’ve been to, the service is amazing and refreshments are also provided. My personal hairstylist being Mr. Farman is extremely clean and good at his job. One haircut from that guy and you leave the place looking like a whole different sexy man. The price is reasonable according to the huge place!

I've been coming here for a long time. My hair is really well taken care of and looks fantastic thanks to Farmaan at Hairmasters! Definitely a worthwhile and luxury experience.

It's been 7 years with hair Master now, and Today i would like to share my experience with hair Master. My journey started with jitu ji who is my hair master from Monsoon 12 years back. He told me he joined hair Master and my experience says, i got the best service in monsoon, I tried so many hair colour highlights, Karatine, smoothing in these years and hair's are still shine, no hair fall, no damage, and the most important no body forced me for anything to buy any product from them, always given fruitful and right tips. Today i would like to thank jitu ji and HAIR MASTER for making my hair beautiful and healthy.

Poor services, they use their clients as a test subject for their Rookie hairdressers. They treat nearbuy clients altogether in a different manner, they don't even bother to ask for drinking water and upon this they openly admit since the booking is from nearbuy, that's why you are receiving poor service. I would suggest visiting their Rajender Nagar branch instead, as it's class apart or visit any other premium salon in the vicinity.

I got global loreal coloring from hairmasters after along discussion with the hair experts abt pros and cons as I had greying of hairs. I was promised that the color would last for abt 1 month or so. I was convinced by the staff. I less than 10 days my grey hairs again showed off. And al their promise was in vain. Disguised by the promise I decided not to recommend hair masters to anyone. I regret every penny for 7500 rs I spend on them️

Nice salon for a luxury experience of self care. Nove hospitality and services. Staff is very polite and gentle and understanding specially Mr Rakesh at the reception counter.

Very bad experience at hair master. They told me about loreal smoothening and do Schwarzkopf smoothening and charge amount of loreal product. Hair stylist nadeem do this smoothening lier people. And Richa is big lier they are not on their words.

Nice interior vibes. Facial services were excellent. Application of nail polish was poor. Reasonable prices.

Took pre-bridal facial from here. It was for 5100 and result was below expectation. Due to black head removal, my face had spots/scars before my roka ceremony. I was disappointed. Makeup is okay not great.

Got my baliage done from Shivalik branch. Vanish is a very talented hairdresser who did a wonderful job with my hair. Strongly recommend the place.

Best salon. I got my global color, highlights and keratin done by sam. He has done fabulous job. He and his team is very professional and expert in their work. I definitely recommend to everyone who wants any hair color or hair treatment to be done.

You will not be disappointed, This is probably the best place in the city to get a haircut. The dude is a magician.

Love the experience everytime I visit this place. The staff is friendly yet professional. They try to customize the services according to your needs and personalities. Keep checking if you need something.

Suggested and referred by a friend, I felt like I walked into a trap. Paid 8500 for literally getting my hair damaged. From ignorant and arrogant staff to over confident hairstylists who cut you when you try to brief them to what to do with MY OWN HAIR and then when you wait for the results and give them creative freedom, you figure they’ve colored your hair in golden ash golden retriever streaks instead of balayage which was asked of them.

The hairstylist didn’t listen to a word I said instead kept defending that I’d asked for ash blonde whereas I showed him a picture and asked him for a clear ash brown color.

On breaking down in tears, the marketing person came up to me and without any empathy told me the hair is already messed up and crying won’t fix it. Later on I messaged them and told them that the coloring process thrice (one done that ruined the look and second done to rectify it) has damaged me hair to where it’s going on breaking, they ignored my messages and calls

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THIS FISH MARKET.

My go to salon! (Hair master rajouri garden ️) has colored my hair once, and cut it a few times, and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. The prices are great for (City), and I have always been satisfied with the service. I’ve finally found my HG spot to go to when it comes to hair. I highly recommend! ️ Jeetuhair ️

My experience with hair masters is fabulous so far. I am taking services from many years but this time my experience of hair spa and smoothening with keratine from Mr. Jeetu is mind blowing. He did such an awesome job with full dedication and patience. I am fully satisfied with the services and recommended it to others as well.
Give it a try! He is such a great and true artist of his field.

On arrival, Rakesh calmly listened to the concerns i had and suggested me appropriate services. My hair straightening and hair botox was done by Jeetu. He is great with hair and helped me achieve the look i wished. I would definitely recommend this salon for hair cut and related services.

Would have given zero stars if there was such an option. These guys are the biggest crooks in town. Starting with their arrogant front staff to the pathetic stylists and helper staff. We went their as a couple for some services after buying a bridal pack of around Rs 38000. They seated us in what looked like a store room and started their hair services. Within 5 minutes, we were feeling like we were in a fish market. People rushing left right and centre. One hair spa involved atleast 6 different service staff men touching my wife's hair. Each new one having almost zero idea on what to do next. We were out of our seats within the next 10 minutes. When I asked the front desk about a customer service contact, she kept misleading us, even to the extent of saying that she is the manager of that place.
Now, on the wedding day, my wife kept waiting for the stylists in the venue's bridal room while these people were late and then were hesitant to come down to the bridal room and start work without any food. Not to mention, their work was below average.
All I'll say is think twice before giving a penny to these people. All they care about is your money and how to get more of it.

Have been going there for more than 3 years now. Jeetu and his team and Nasheema does wonderful job.

The staff is highly unprofessional and the receptionist is extremely rude. All they do is find tricks to make you pay more. Their make-up artist said that we should be thankful to them as they are allowing us to sit inside the salon. They are charging thousands of rupees from us for actually "letting us sit inside the salon". The make-up artist also just applied powder and lipstick under "basic make-up", no foundation. They said that we have to go for an advanced make-up (which was double the price of the basic make-up) if we need foundation as a base. That is plain stupidity and they should have told this while accepting the booking. Their hair stylist was the least interested person on the floor. He was unbothered about whether the hair style suits me or not. Thanks to him for spoiling my mood on my engagement day. The receptionist is the most arrogant receptionist I have met in my life. She has zero courtesy and behaves as if she rules the world. I hope the staff is trained well so that their behaviour does not affect the brand name.

The customer service was pathetic.
I had booked hairstyling and makeup services for my reception party, had booked the appointment a month in advance, clearly mentioned that Saree draping will be a part of it. Even then there was no one who could do it, due to the draping delays, I was late to my own event.
The makeup and hairstyling services are good but the customer service made it such a bad experience

My experience was awesome as I went here for my bridal makeup. MUA Dolly did my makeup. She did a fantastic job, I got so many compliments from everyone. Her makeup stood out the entire day and I love how professional she was throughout. So, in short, loved it!

Worst experience ever!
I am henna user from last 1 year. However, this was informed to the hairdresser.
The first pic was shown the color as per my liking. However, the hairdresser completely assured that you can get 70% of the color as your liking with black global+dark gold highlights. I completely trusted him.
However the next day, there was not even a single tint of gold in my hair nd just orange tint gathered all over (2nd picture). I called them again nd they asked me to come over for re-correction, they applied a toning cream, but now at present, the highlights have darken more as if there is no color, and the orange tint is still there.
They took ₹7000, and I'm completely shattered. Would not recommend.

I got my bengali bridal makeup done by Dolly recommended by Harjeet.
She really made me look like a barbie.
It was a really good experience with her. She made my day so much prettier.
However the lenses started itching later on.
Also the hair styling was done exactly the way I wanted. Thanks dolly and hair master team

Worst Experience ever. Worst service and quality. Never going back.
I went there for my keratin treatment, on counselling they suggested I go for hair BOTOX treatment (Kind of an advanced keratin).
So I got a Botox done. Right after first two hair wash the KERATIN COMPLETELY WASHED off. My TOTAL RS 8000/- were washed off within a week.

WASTE OF MONEY, FRAUD, WORST EXPERIENCE
I went there for keratin treatment, but they suggested hair botox treatment which is more expensive then keratin. But it didnt even stay for a week! After second wash this is my hair condition

I am very satistified with the service, Ms.dolly done my lohri function makeup and i was just amazing.
. Everyone like it. I was bit confused but Mr. Harjeet recommended and give me guarantee for makeup quality and yes it was just amazing.
For future i will always go to dolly. She is nice, friendly and best makeup artist.

Sanjeev ji is as talented as it can get! All hairstyles are worth the time it takes.
The outcome is always outstanding!
All men who keep beard, they love their beard, if you are reading this and are a beard keeper you know what kind I am talking about.
And I think Sanjeev ji makes me fall in love my beard every time he does his magic!
