Worst haircut ever, they don't know how to do mid fades. The guy gave me a undercut and cut my hair to the shortest length. They don't even deserve 1 star raiting.

I have been a client of yours for 6-7 years now. I asked from one of your employee to do KERASMOOTH to my hair. The process started, & he made me fool saying I’m doing kerasmooth ma’am. I asked 3-4 times in between the process that when did you apply the smoothening cream. You just did keratin and over. The process took as usual 2.5 hours only. (Only keratin process can be done in mentioned time) & he was continuously lying duration the process that we have applied the cream mam you dont know. And I was asking him again & again. & the same reply. & so on …

I Paid 5000/- for this service.
Where he made me fool.
Did keratin and took 5000/- from me.
And he did keratin before this service in 3000/- to me that too thrice.

Now when I visited him again for the same, he agreed to to it. I asked for the refund. He again agreed to the same. But now when I am calling him. He is not picking up my calls. Talking senseless on chats. And her manager is directly saying that you’re his client. (Vahi jaanega or dega refund — aap usi ke through aaye ho — usi ne aapko ye pese btaaye)
Here I wanna know are there not any norms or any fixed prices for the services.

Or you as a whole brand name making fool to your clients.

I had got my facial done by beautician and makeup artist Simran, it was fantastic the way she managed and prescribed me the facial as per my skin was sooo soothing.the facial massage was superrr good I ve been visiting her since 4 years and she ve never disappointed me and not to forget her assistant Rinky super good in body massage and spa

The ambience and the services are really very good specially i got my facial done from Ms. Simran and i think she has really best qualities in the town. Must visit her.

Amazing services. Went for a pedicure. The only thing that concerned me was that they don't have a rate card. I think they give different prices to different customers.
But service was really great.

Pervez, Aarif and Manish were exceptional. What a stellar job! Not just as stylists but as humans too. They toiled for 6 long hours way past their shifts on my damaged hair to give me the results I need. They also had a very sweet temperament and great personal dynamic which made 6 hours feel like a lot shorter. They also noticed that I am expecting and went out of their way to make me comfortable even offering me food out of pocket and mobile hotspot to book my cab.

I have had cut and colour jobs done in London, Sydney, Mumbai and even many areas in Delhi but never have I got such a fine colour and style done. The team did a beautiful brown global colour, soft blonde highlights and a haircut for me which I just loved.

The place was very clean, and the ambiance just perfect. The service staff was very friendly and supportive.

Unfortunately I do not live in Delhi but whenever I'm back I would be returning for sure.

Timings: opens up around 10 but starts operations about half hour later. Remains open till 7.30, this is when their take the last client.
About the stylist: nice and friendly, will give you the right advice even if forcefully: p

Inexperienced stylist.they don't have proper knowledge of the procedures to be done. I had gone for kerabond treatment.but after the treatment my hair started falling drastically. I asked the stylist for the reason but he told me to buy expensive sp hair energy serum which was again ineffective.so atlast I consulted a dermatologist so she told me that the chemical has been applied for more than the required time period due to which it has damaged your hair and it can't b cured and all your hair will fall ultimately. I m totally not satisfied with the services I availed.

He is gem of a person who dosnt manupulated me in any manner for my hair.
He put his best effort for mking my hair straight.
My hair was short from the forhead vavy too.

I have been to hair masters Ashok Vihar for keratin and other hair care services multiple times. The staff there is very polite and courteous. They treat their customer as a God. Especially Dev who he is an expert in all hair services. He guides you well, and is very humble. I always come out of the salon satisfied.

Much hyped place. Services are very average and it's expensive but there are offers and discounts all the time so it's manageable. I have got hair cut from here which was below average. Waxing lady burnt my underarms. Pedicure was very good. Hair spa was normal.

I want to share my experience with hair masters ashok vihar. I have got hair keratin and highlights done through VICKY in September 2019 which was amazing. I must say he have good product knowledge. I have got keratin done from other places too but was not satisfied with the result. This time my keratin was last for almost good 3 months. Thank you so much vicky. Very high prices, staff dying with its on attitude, I mean self obsessed, we have our own limitations, otherwise I think guys doing haircut business at roadsides can work better than these self lover novices.

Horrible, expensive as hell and beauty services are terrible. It's full of people and I simply fail to understand is it because of wedding season or are generally people like pathetic service. Well can be anything. But not recommended.

What a pathetic experience I had and I am regretting so much for going there.they first tricked me to get their card for savings so I stupidly spent around 22000 for 30,000 rupees services. The lady was so clever in telling me that I can use it for anything at the salon. Being new (I live in the United States) I happily bought it and soon learnt that it excludes make up and chemical treatment.
Then they got me into getting keratin treatment. First I thought it will be good for my hair so I agreed but they are a real business and didnt tell me that I can't wet my hair and it is HOLI today and I came to India after more than two years and is stuck inside and cant play holi because of them. I am hating everything!
Dont go to them. They will make fool of you.
