Worst experience ever at this branch we were asked to come by 4 we reached by 4: 30 pm and since then we have been asked to wait for 5 minutes 10 minutes and like that they dragged it till 7 pm.it was my sister in law first lohri function and there was this lady in pink dress who started the make up of my SIL and did the worst of it, my mom's and my make up they didn't even start. When we informed that this make up is horrible what kind of make is this she with no decency said your booking is for this horrible make up. However there are two starts who have always made our function the best ones with their make up and hair style I would like thank them big for coming as a saviour for us thank you so much ekta and Sakib for all their efforts to uplift our mood and save our celebrations also I don't remember the name of a short slim lady who did the perfect make up for my mom. And Sakib and ekta have always made us look best for our all the functions in the past as well. Wherever ekta and Sakib go we'll go for their perfection it's not hair mystry it's becoz of these perfectionist we always prefer coming here

Very bad experience, visited 1st time and never going back again. They didn't do their job as promised. The hair colour which they showed and when it was done on hair was totally different. It seems staffs are not professionals.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Wonderful makeup turned out just an HD makeup is supposed to be. Hair were done beautifully. Every thing was perfect. Thank you

I am so much satisfied with the services given to me. Be it pedicure, nails, touchup and hair color. Thanks to kadir bhaiya for amazing hair touch up and hair cut. Managers on reception were also so polite. From my end a big thumps up to all of them.

I always go for all my hair styling to Sunny bhaiya and having really unmanageable curly hair he does wonders with his tools and I have to words to thank him to making my life so easy.

I liked the environment. I had haircut twice from Ram and he gave me look i wanted. It was quite a good experience for me.

I have booked 10 makeups for 18th July! The service was very pathetic. These Guys were
Taking bookings but they don't had staff at all. Brides was crying. They were not listening to the customers. Receptionist was very rude. She was not ready to listen anyone.very poor service. I will not recommend anyone. Wastage of money.you guys spoiled our people special day. Anyways special thanks to SUNNY AND NISHA for helping us. These guys were saviors.

Reply to salon i agree that you called me. But you didn't help me at all.
Your receptionist is very rud and she doesn't know how to handle clients. This is not the first time I am taking service from your salon. N instead of apologizing me you are giving lame excuses. Please don't lie. You were not listening to me at all. I hope next time you dnt provide this kin of service to anyone and be polite to your clients.

I love all the things here very good interior as well as all staffs are very polite. When you visit here they gave you hair counciling so that you can choose right package for your hairs. Here you can get every single things top to bottom of your body. There is also space for visitors for sitting. These guys works very hard to satisfy their customers. I am attaching some of the pics so you can relate my experience.

Going to visit again and again got my smoothning done second time and it was the best experience thanks to the staff

I booked Hair Mystery to get ready for my Cocktail Party in February, along with me there were 2 more ladies accompanying me for the makeup. We were asked to reach there at 3 p.m and also we reached on time. AND GUESS WHAT? —- IT WAAAASSS FULLYYY AND OVVVERRRR CROWDED. I and my other 2 family member were just in waiting room for next 4 hours. I somehow got my other family member to get ready so that they reach venue on time and handle the guests and now about myself I being the bride who got chance at 7: 50 pm after waiting since 3 pm to get ready and it was very shameful for me that I reached my function only after 9: 30 pm. Staff of this saloon is very rude, they even dont know how to talk to their customers and they just give bookings to the people and the result is that PEOPLE JUST WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR NEXT 3-4 hours. So guyz choice is all yours. This review is just to make people know the real truth so that they also do not face such things which I have faced and suffered on my special day.

Very comfortable and professional. Hardworking staff. My whole family of 10 people is a customer for 3 years now.

Too much rush. Had to wait for 2 hours to get started on hair and makeup. You have to pay extra for little things.

Had the worst experience of makeup and that is on my Day.
I got a call to be at the parlour at 2.30 pm as my leaving time was 7pm.
From 2.30 to 6.30 i was sitting just lyk that, there was no one to even ask for water. After asking for water 5-6 times i got the water.
For an engagement bride they took 3 hrs to get her ready.
For a Bridal Anusha took only 40 mins, and that is witb so much disintrest that she dont even asked me abt what look will suit me or what do i want and she does my makeup so harshly thatmy eyes were watery all the time and she was least bothered.
Their hair stylist was totalyy unprofessional. They dont even ask the client abut their choise and just impose what they want to do.
Final touch up was not provided, lashes were not applied, took extra charges for hair flowers which were included in the pacakage and the list goes on.
Pinki at their parlour was the one who booked my makeup but she was so irresponsive on that day and not even having an eye contact.
The worst experience, i would not recommend "Hairmystry By Anusha" for your special day.

The service here is exceptionally good, the staff is very cooperative. Senior Artist dolly ma'am, has got great skills when it comes to makeup.keep up the brilliant work

My make was done by Dolly, really really very good make up and experience. After trying N number of parlor, thought to try this on, was bit scared but it really came out good. Dolly is really professional, humble, she know her work. Will always go for Dolly ️

It was my first visit to this place and i was little worried, how will be d makeup and all.
So, when my makeup and hairstyiling was done, i was really happy.
My makeup was done by Dolly, she is very good profeasional and supportive.thankeww Dolly for such a great makeup and dollying me up

Yes this is luxury salon according to their price
Yesterday I visited there, the staff was unprofessional, they don't care about coronavirus. They had the sanitizer but they did not use it. The staff was not wearing mask properly.
Now about the service that I have taken. I went there for professionals but staff was unprofessional, they did not follow the instructions for cutting my hair.
It was waste of money and time for me.
I tried it first time and I will make sure that I will never come here.

They are charging double price for services and making fool to the people. Very unsatisfied never recommend to anyone. Go for any other salon.
