I got gel paint done at Looks Pitampura from sheenu for 1100/- n it wasn’t worth a penny…. Pathetic service by them used old and dried nail paint even after that there was no acceptance she was trying to put it on the customer… they have lost there...

The staff is untrained at the Patel Nagar Outlet of Looks Salon.
He messed up my haircut very badly.

Worst service possible. Asked for a particular color with a photo reference. I was charged 8500 plus some random 3000 for rubbish Ola plex and another 800 for touch up and the end color was ugly red and brassy. Unprofessional staff who refused to refund...

Arjun is a very talented hairstylist I have come across in Delhi. I did my term and blow dry and i am fully satisfied with the services. He also gave few handy tips to take care of my hair. Must try.

They don't deserve even a single start. Terrible staff who laughs on Elderly customers too. Terrible. What sort of empathy knowledge and training is given to them.
