Ordered dosa, they missed my order, got order after 25 minutes, samber was cold, won’t recommend anyone

Haldiram serves the best food in navratra in the mall, there is no comparison, we had a good dinner with family, team was helpful.

Food and service was good as expected but not satisfied with the spoon quality being served

Food's taste was fine.but i got my food after half an hour.had to wait a lot and argue for overpriced food.

Taste is awsome. Hygiene place. Now they have started order placing from Bar code. Nice iniciative in covid

Haldiram as the name suggests is known for its food and quality. We visited the outlet today at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden. The food quality is on very low side today as the food and quality both was not expected. We ordered Raj Kachori, Gol Gappe and Amritsari Kulcha. Amritsari kulcha was pathetic. It tastes like it was cooked again and was served the dish of inferior quality. We are a regular customer of yours so wanted to direct to you so that its the first and last time.

A unit of Haldiram and their franchise. Amazing and huge outlet at Tilak Nagar Main Road, Situated on the red light. Huge with varities, They are pioneer in Sweets, Snacks and packaged food items. All types of sweets are available with their famous snacks.this outlet has huge dinning area at the first floor, staff is? ‍️? ‍️, Managers are always approached, Taking all precautions of COVID-19, they have all North Indian delicacy, Traditional sweets, Modern Sweets, Snacks and food. They have items fresh available, you may place an order if needed.they arrange those in no time. Keep the spirits high.

Haldiram Tilak Nagar Delhi, nicely located eatery with Little parking with NO park assistance. Restaurant poorly lighted, with less cleaned floors and old unfomfortable furniture. Air conditioning is worst, very difficult to sit in while wearing Covid protection mask and breathing is difficult. Customers care is a thing far away. Tea is good. No wheelchair access. Nearest metro station is Tilak Nagar
Family place safe for women but no Lift founded for even senior citizen.

Excellent service. They've maintained the taste as expected. You can surely go for a quick bite when you're hungry!

Nice small restaurant. Taste is good. But prices are now on higher side. Also Haldiram has stopped there morning breakfast offer. You can try bikanerwala instead.

This place is good to visit with your family and your friends. They do not have variety in their menu but the food they offer is always amazing. It is on the ground floor of the unity one mall. Only thing is that they didn't have masala lemonade which I need everytime I eat in a restaurant. They also have sweets and namkeen.

They provide dosa at 200 + gst (very costly) and give very little sambar along with it. And if u want sambar again they start staring at you as u have asked for another dosa for free and they will tell u that sambar is chargable.and if they agree to give u sambar they will give such a little sambar one can eat only one or two bite with it and after that they will clearly say no extra sambar is available. I think no poor family comes there but they behave like we are poor asking for sambar again and again. My advice must avoid this place.

Food was tasty and the restaurant is quite spacious. They have their own free parking space in front.

Orderd for golgappe they asked to wait 15 20 minutes.
When served there was no provision to cut the golgape packet.

Neat and good place to visit with family. It is situated in the unity one mall at Janakpuri west. And you can get almost everything here to eat.

So, I tried these two new things namely a matcha pastry cake and some rose petal sweet. The cake was absolutely delicious it has a kesar flavoured icing and the texture is so soft that it melts in your mouth. I haven't had anything of this sort ever so i thought I will definitely write a review for this one. It was mildly sweet and the bread portion wad comparatively lesser than normal pastries. I'll say you must try it! About the second one the rose sweet it was filled with dry fruits in the centre and the outer covering was actual rose petals! So, it was also a unique experience, but it tasted more like "gulakand" if you've heard about it. Happy tasting?

I have been to this place number of times with my family but now observed the rates have been increased unexpectedly beyond expectations after lockdown

Good Outlet if compared to other joints. Visited multiple times.
One major lack, there's no lift available for needy / elders.

दोसा ढोकला कचौड़ी अनियन कचोरी गोलगप्पे छोले भटूरे नूडल्स मंचूरियन Raj kachori, dahi balle, रसमलाई इमरती गाजर का हलवा बैंगन का फल कुकीज बिस्किट बर्फी मिठाई मूंग का हलवा french fries burger यहां सब कुछ खाने में बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट है Chinese noodles मंचूरियन ho ya South India ka dosa masala dosa mysore masala dosa इडली सांभर, वडा सांबर vada samber. बैठने का भी बहुत बढ़िया इंतजाम है chahe पूरे परिवार को बैठना हो या एक अकेले insaan ko. यहां पर हाथ धोने का पानी और पीने का पानी अलग अलग है yahan per entry exit to taraf se hai, एक आगे ki or se aur ek piche Mall entry ki or se.
लाइन में लगकर पहले जो खाना है उसकी पेमेंट करनी पड़ती है और एक पर्ची मिलती है, वह पर्ची आपको जाकर काउंटर पर देनी होती है जहां से आपको आपका manpasand भोजन jiska order diya hai, यह आर्डर 10 से 15 मिनट में तैयार हो जाएगा आप इंतजार कर सकते हैं l
यहां का खाना थोड़ा महंगा है, quantity mein kam milta hai स्वादिष्ट होता है l

One thing I will love to add here at their service.they need to keep a menu at the table so at least family can discuss and place the order accordingly. Othewise whole family will to stand and check the menu for food ordering at cash counter.which create chaos for other too.

Best place for dinner lunch breakfast. So many options for children. Family kind environment

Taste of things is good as always,
But few things is missing as
1. No working cash counter on the floor where we sit and eat.
2. As it is a self service resturent, no proper system is there to display that your order is ready, so sometimes when you reach to collect your ordered food it is not as hot as it should be (may be due to winter season).
3 Otherwise happy withall other services.

Quality is always good at haldiram's. This place is a bit crowded and if you are visiting only for eating at haldiram's, you will need to pay parking charges extra for the mall.

Most of the dishes were seasonal, that's so much disgusting, but the taste n quality of food was awsm!

Courtesy ends at Saying Namesthe when some one reach the cash counter. The staff at almost all counters are rude, they take it as granted that all their customers are regular visitors.

Always full, no place for sitting actually this is at prime location, eatables are good like it, also after shopping you feel like to eat something, good choice to eat at haldiram

The place is very spacious and has a very good service.food is so delicious, besides Indian cuisine, it has other cuisines too, the staff is very nice. I love the place.

Food Quality, cleanliness, taste is what you get together at one place. Value for money and multiple options available to eat.

I m a regular visitor, but today found a lot of change. Every employee wished happily, lot of women staff at dhokla, dahi bhalla counter, all eager to help n serve. Earlier men staff at bhalla counter were busy chatting. Today was very good for a change.

Located in the Unity One Mall which is right outside the Janakpuri West Metro station.

Overall good place to hang out and eat. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained well. Gets very busy and crowd in the evening/night.
Almost half of food items (from menu) weren't available (at least when I went that was the case) > improvement opportunity for the manager here.

Vadapav was made fresh as it used to be earlier. It was pre-cooked and was served after heating in microwave

As I want to say if someone wants to pay half amount in cash n half in another mode they should accept but they denied m giving one star only for payment issue otherwise quality is good

The order could not be completed as thier electric stove not working, interestingly they don't have backup. Also few things out of menu were out of stock or unavailable. Ice tea was mere water

I really love the crispy and delicious jalebi which is served over here.

This is my all time favourite place! Their management and menu is super super exquisite! They have all kinds of cusines - south indian, north indian, Chinese and Italian! And ofcourse u will find all varieties of sweets here. My fav. Is moti choor ka laddu because. It's very unique here. Such fine fragments.such fine as soon as it comes inside the mouth it just disappears.hahah trust me u won't notice is swallowing down! There's a lot to say about this place.for me this place is love.

Beautiful Ambience, the food was great as well. The staff was quite friendly and nice. Just there was lack of few of my favorite dishes. Otherwise it was a great experience. Do visit for quality and wholesome food, visit early morning to get dishes at discounted price.

A good place to have chole bhature, pao bhaji and jalebi. Haldiram rocks when it comes to these three.

Never order from home they take order for something else n give something else n say we ordered that! If u go there it's a very crowded place n won't find any seat most of the time so I won't recommend this place at all

Worst experience.these people should be trained about food temperature too.cholas along with bathura are so so hot that it almost burn my whole palate.disappointing.temperature of food should be kept apt for the users

The place is nice but crowdy. The staff is cooperative and is ready to help. I liked the technology they have for letting us know when the dish is ready. But I wish they avoided the plastic cutlery to contribute to our environment.

The food of haldiram is too expensive and the quantity of food is also small, I ordered the manchurian with noodles it was very salty and it was too expensive rather than bercos don't order chinese food from haldiram.

The place were overcrowded the staff doesn't know which items have replenished infact the quality now is not up to the mark
